Louann has been the provider I have always gone back to. I’ve been through different insurances that don’t cover visits with her, the second I can come back I do. She truly cares about my wellbeing. She allows me to be apart of my care and to advocate for myself. My family and I will see Louann until she retires, which we hope won’t be anytime soon.
