The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Lotsoff listened to me and we decided on a treatment going forward. He assured me if I had any issues do not hesitate to contact his office for assistance.

Dr. Lotsoff took time explaining what the problem could be going on with my curren problem and along the way would stop and ask me if I had any questions. He was so kind and professional . I immediately trusted him completely. Then he explained what he thought I should do and recommended a colonoscopy. It was my first visit with him and because of my immediate total trust in him. I asked him to schedule it and then sent me where you schedule the appointment but before he left he asked if I had anymore questions. Without. Doubt he is one of the most knowledgeable, professional and kind Drs in the system. I have been recommending him to everyone I see.

Dr. Lotsoff is honestly one of the BEST doctors I have ever worked with. I originally saw him at his previous location and was willing to drive an hour to continue to see him because he has been the only gastrointestinal doctor that I have had who will listen to me, respect me, and know what to do when I become emotional which does happen. (That’s a me thing!) He is non-judgemental, patient, respectful, and provides the best care option. It is very easy to build trust with him and he does respond back rather quickly through the portal which I appreciate more then he will ever know. When I asked for something that I felt like I needed, he was willing to go out of his way to help me and respect that I was advocating for myself and my needs. It’s aspects like that I acknowledge a lot in people, especially in doctors. He is extraordinarily incredible and the BJC Medical Group Gastroenterology at Edwardsville is very fortunate and lucky to have him as a part of their staff.

Honestly, everything was perfect.

Everyone that I met was courteous and friendly. I felt confident that I was going to get good care. Doctor, lots of seem to be very interested in my health. He was extremely professional.
