I went for feet pain. She never looked at my feet and she recommended vitamins, not the amount of dosage or frequency required to help and take them. I got that information from a pharmacist after she did the research at what I needed for foot pain or cramps. I could have paid the pharmacist a whole lot less except for the fact when I asked on Trinity site what to take I received a phone call from nurse saying I had to see the Dr within 3 days. My PA was not available. I pre registered and all info was entered my temp and oxygen levels were taken by nurse. The PA spent maybe 10 minutes with me and did not check my feet. I asked why they couldn't just tell me about picking up the magnesium on the Trinity web site other then making me come in when they obviously have all my information and her response was because they hadn't talked about my feet before. The pharmacist at Meijers did the PA's job and didn't charge me or insurance company anything.

Erin is very sweet and I like her as my new NP. Just adjusting as I was with my previous NP many years who did ask more questions , more “ hands on “ etc
