Dr Cheng is very personable and informative during the exam process. She explains the process and relates it to how it affects the patient. At my age I am always concerned with the health of my eyes and after my last visit Dr Cheng assured me my eyes were relatively healthy. I highly recommend Dr Cheng.

Dr. Lottie Chen was very respectful of me. I am a double amputee in a wheelchair. She was extremely thorough and pleasant throughout the examination, explaining things to me as the visit progressed. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of an Opthamologist.

Went for eye check up to see if I needed glasses in the future. The results of the check up were that the eyesight in both eyes were excellent and that I did not need glasses at this time. The service was outstanding as usual, very clear, very professional, very efficient, and a very friendly atmosphere.

Dr was very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. Dr Cheng took some time with me. She was able to explain potential issues with the inner eye and the methods used in the examination for a torn, detached or deformed retina.

Kind, patient and personable. I would recommend Dr. Cheng if you’re looking for a pediatric doctor, I believe she would be a good choice. She was great with my 7 year old daughter.
