My child's [ ] had gone [ ] before I picked her up from school. I asked the school nurse to provide a high carb snack, to get my kid's sugar within range. She said "No, per her Doctor's school orders, I can't give her any snacks", but she had given my kid a [ ]. Her reasoning was directly in opposition to what Lorrie had put in the school orders. She then left for the day, before my kid's sugar was within range. I spoke to Lorrie about this, and she assured me that what the school nurse had said and done was contrary to what Lorrie had put in the school orders. Lorrie also assured me she would personally make sure the school nurse understood Lorrie's instructions. The school secretary later told me that Lorrie had personally called to clarify the school orders, and to emphasize what to do in case of [ ] episodes. Proof that Lorrie takes a real, personal interest in my kid's wellbeing, and cares about our worries and concerns, as parents, shes awesome

Our provider left the office and we established with Lorri and couldn't be happier. She was terrific, she listened to our concerns and answered all questions thoroughly.

Lori was so personable, so kind, and my daughter and I were both very impressed with how she explained things with such ease. It was like talking to a friend, rather than a doctor. Super helpful, very optimistic, and we are thrilled to be working with her!

I am just impressed and touched that she really sees my daughter. She takes time for us, always. This provider is looking to make my daughter's life better- helping to live her best life- not just treat her medical condition. She is patient and supportive and goes above and beyond to see that my daughter and her family are taken care of emotionally as well.

ms nielsen had good insight on chase and she makes sure to speak to him with age appropriate topics, and she makes him feel confident in taking care of himself as he growns older thanks to her too. ms lorri nielsen cares and takes care of her patients and she makes out visits outstanding.

She makes th parents feel very comfortable when there are very stressful situtations. She does not make the arents feel bad about things when they may fall off in the quality of caring for their child.
