I had to follow up with Lorraine due to an abnormal EKG, which was conducted in an ER visit on 9/6/20. For the second time, your ER physician did not explain to me that pericarditis was observed in my EKG results. My wife found the results when she read my record. Lorraine has been instrumental in my healthcare. It is unfortunate that TWO of your ER doctors failed to present these findings to me at time of service.

Everyone in this location is caring and understanding. Lorraine is especially great at listening and providing support and options for specific issues. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My request for pain meds was blown off.My presc. for steroids was messed up & the pharmacy wouldn't fill it.My referral has yet to go through.Very sloppy all around!

I told her I had a couple more questions. She said she didn't have time, she had another patient waiting. I went ahead and read the questions to her because I feel the visit isn't cheap, a patient should be allowed more time. She did answer my questions but very briefly.
