Very thorough exam and listened thoughtfully to my questions about recent health issues and was ready to provide any support she could give and encouraged me to check in for follow up or future questions.

The office was not open when I arrived at 715 (730 appointment time, with request to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment). I was not greeted. And i still had to wait. Medical Assistant who called me back spoke to me while walking ahead of me, or with her back to me. Assistants not as pleasant and professional as I'm used to at a Virtua office. However, the Medical Assistant that checked me out on my visit was great. She is the true definition of a Medical Assistant.

I first met Lorraine Harris forty years ago when she taught childbirth classes to my husband and I. She was there to help bring my firstborn into the world. I previously had a stillborn baby at 27 weeks. Lorraine was professional, caring and warm. I was thrilled when she joined the practice of Drs. [REDACTED]. My care has been excellent over the last four decades! Thank you!

All of the staff was friendly, caring and attentive. The doctor seemed truly concerned and willing to listen and help. I felt so comfortable and actually enjoyed my time with them.

Unprofessional and disinterested support staff. Scheduled my appointment wrong. I drove over an hour only to be told I wasn't being examined. The clinician minimized all my concerns and only cared about recommending medication. She told me to come back in 2 weeks for an exam only for the receptionist to tell me they didn't have any availability for another 4 months.

Lorraine Harris is a wonderful provider. She is kind and understanding, listens to everything you say. She's very comforting and puts you at ease. I will miss her tremendously when she retires. I've never had a GYN provider as kind and as gentle as she has been. And I want to thank her for her years of service.

I had the Lorraine Harris for my Gyn doctor for over 40 years. She's very good. I don't know what I'm gonna do without her. When she retires. She always make you feel comfortable. She always explain things that offer. Every other thing there is to help you with anything that you're going through she's one of the best from the Osborne original team of nurse practitioners.

Please update the scheduling process so that it's not on the patient to guess when the appointment book for the new year opens up. By the time you call to get your next annual appointment it is usually too late and the scheduling month is past your annual date.

My visit was not what I would have expected. This isn't my first time in this office, but this is the first time I felt this way. Beginning with the Front Desk staff, she was very unprofessional. She was head down in her phone and did not greet me. Once she finally looked up, she looked as if I was bothering her and then proceeded to ask "do you have an appointment?". No greeting whatsoever. I felt rushed by the MA who brought me back. The provider I usually have a good rapport with but this particular visit I felt as if I was not heard. She seemed reluctant to order the tests I felt were needed. She did order them but it definitely was a bit of push back. On my way out of the appointment the same Front Desk staff member, I went to check out with her and she stated "do you need anything else?" In a rude tone. She was not pleasant.

Lorraine was been by gyn practitioner for many years. Her demeanor is always calm & reassuring. I would not even consider changing to another provider until I'm forced to when she retires!!

I was there for my annual visit and everyone was helpful and courteous. Lorraine Harris was fabulous. She listened. She explained things, put me at ease, and just all around was a seamless experience and I appreciated that.

My gynecologists are the best, and my gynecologist's nurse/assistant is superb. The receptionist gets a 5, and my gynecologist gets a 100.

So I had a great experience with this new provider. She was actually able to look at my history and tell me that I actually was negative for HPV last year when I had my annual. And the provider from last year informed me that I was actually positive for HPV, but she pulled up the test and showed me that it was negative. So that was really, really great. I'm happy to know that my HPV test was actually negative and not positive. So, I mean, that's something very, very important. And I will be moving forward with her as my provider.

As a follow up to last week's visit, I stopped by today because I'd forgotten to get a script for my mammogram which was this morning. The front desk staff took care of it for me and I got my mammogram with no problem. They were knowledgeable of the process and efficient, and as always, personable. Thank you!
