I appreciate the time spent helping me with a difficult situation Dr. Witter, did not make light of my situation, but was willing to help me, I appreciate that. Also, Tony spent a lot of time trying to help me get what I needed, and served as a liaison between myself and my doctor until I could get in to see her. Tony was super kind and compassionate, and never once showed attitude no matter how long it took to get through this.
