I met Dr. Lori Reed on my first appointment with the pulmonary division. I was impressed with her hands on approach and evaluation of my diagnosis. She was very professional, competent, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, thoroughness and supportive. I know that I am at the right place and care with Dr Reed and Dr Case.

Lori Reed is an excellent clinician. She carefully listened to my health complaint, asked a lot of clarifying questions and always gained my agreement with her thoughts about my condition. She is friendly and supportive. One of the best interactions I've ever had with a clinician.
