Lori Dwyer, takes good care of me. Even beyond my health. When my sister passed from brain cancer she could tell mentally I wasn't ok and talked to me about her personal life and losing someone which was very helpful and she made me feel I had a safe space to talk.

Not the provider's fault: I am angry that Trinity will not let me audio record my visit. I cannot remember what I'm told verbally. NO OTHER medical group has had a problem with this.

Excellent Lori has been my doctor for at least 10 years on my first visit she found a health issue my previous doctor I had been seeing for years that overlooked or never cared and Lori found my condition my First visit by doing blood work she’s the best she cares she listens she’s always their I will be forever grateful she saved my life

The biggest complaint that I had but that is staying but you know is that they need to get a better phone service and pay more attention to the calls received returning phone calls also I never had to wait and the waiting room as long as I did with this time

The only issue was that I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes to be seen. My wait was never that long at Holme Avenue.
