She's very caring and knowledgeable. I trust her. More now since my condition has become permanent and she's been very supportive trough all my surgeries. Just wish the wait time wasn't so long because for me to leave the house it's very painful.

I was in and out, I left my Insurance card home and Jackie (MA) help me get in in the system from my phone! I was seen and so was my special needs brother. Everything went smooth and we were offered flu shots, which I had forgotten about. Every one was present and smiling including front desk staff. Jackie and Lorie and Monica work very well together, Jackie was very busy so Monica came in to get things started. Sh did vital signs and weight, blood work, flu shoots, etc all before Lori and Jackie entered the room, so when Lori and jackie entered everything was done , making my appointment go quickly!They are truly assets to your organization! So much so if for some reason they left Primary care, I'm sorry but i'd fins elsewhere to go! Yes, they're that good and excellent workers. Keep up the good work ladies, I love you all!
