My experience was a good one. I was extremely nervous but put at ease. Waiting room quiet and relaxing. When meeting doctor she was very patient, professional, calm talking and explained so I could understand. She knew everything going on so she was able to recommend a plan,further testing.

Dr. Timmerman is very kind, considerate, and very thorough. She listened to all of my concerns, all of my questions, and was definitely a breath of fresh air going into a scary situation. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that I knew.

Dr. Timmerman and staff were the most courteous and receptive staff I have ever met in dealing with my cancer diagnosis. They were incredible. They were compassionate and they completely understood what I was going through at a very emotional period of time. And I'm incredibly grateful.

Dr. Timmerman is an outstanding clinician with an excellent bedside manner. She represents what all health care professionals should be. I've trusted her with my health care for many years now and have recommended the office to friends and family. The office staff is excellent as well. They are always professional, responsive and knowledgeable.

I thought that Lori was extremely professional, respectful. She was a great communicator and she definitely seemed like she cared about me. I would highly recommend her to anyone else I know that is in need of a breast surgeon. I appreciate her style, her demeanor, and the way she treated me. She is an asset to your organization.

I'm so sorry about the ones in the beginning. Everything was four across the board. The staff, Dr. Timmermann, her and her staff are on point. I didn't even wait five minutes when I walked in the office. I signed in and they had all their information and I was ready to go. And she came in right after the nurse did and took my blood pressure and everything. Everything was so awesome in that office. I cannot tell you what a good staff you have in that breast cancer office. And I really, really appreciate all the work you keep doing for all of us who have breast cancer and any kind of cancer. It's awesome. And thank you so much for your help.

I had a great visit. My appointment was on time. The staff was friendly and Dr. Timmerman was great. She takes her time and listens to concerns without making me feel rushed. She's a great provider.

As I was ready to leave after my appointment concluded, another patient and I were advised that a lockdown had been announced. It wasn't until 2 & 1/2 hours later that we were cleared to leave. However, in the meantime, the office staff treated me and the other patient in the waiting room with cups of water and snacks, and they also kept checking on us. Their concern and compassion made quite an impression, and I am very thankful for the care they gave us.

The hospital went into a lockdown situation and the staff couldn't have been any more accommodating to each of the patients.
