Karen Lopez is a smart dr with great bedside manner and can explain things easily and she understood why I came to see her and made her recommendations. I approve of this Doctor being part of the excellent Lee Hospital system! Thank you! [ ]

The two individuals involved with checking me in for the appointment were very friendly, courteous, and professional (I do not have their names but believe one was training the other). Karen Lopez was wonderful to deal with. Our discussion covered all aspects of my care and she was sensitive to all of my needs as a seasonal Florida resident. We came up with a workable solution and I was on my way. I would highly recommend Karen! I also dealt with [ ] who was also exceptional in handling my appointment. Location was good, facilities were clean, and things were handled on a timely basis. The essence of good patient care.

Karen Lopez is the best Gastrology care I have ever had!! I hope that Karen Lopez will remain with me throughout the needs of my [ ]. She is by far she best thing that’s ever happened to me during this very difficult time and I’m very grateful for her services and medical expertise!!!

As a discerning patient she is right on point, plus,, in her analysis and explanations of my maladies and suggested corrective measures to consider. Kee was awesome at the front desk scanning in all my previous records as well as my husband's. She was very friendly also which is very importantfor 1st person geeeting patients. In addition the MA and scheduler were very thorough. Karen Lopez was very thorough and had good bedside manner.

From entry through to exit, the team really went above and beyond to make my two visits comfortable. Karen Lopez is really extraordinary in her ability and desire to listen and help her patient with the issues presented. She actually has been the first person on any medical team to actually look at my body where the issue presented. Everyone else just wrote up an Rx and walked out of the exam room without any examination,

I dealt with a very helful and nice lady at the reception desk in the lobby but do not know her name. However, I also dealt with Christian at the office , he was excellent!! I was then helped by nurses Melissa and Melissa who were excellent. Lastly Karen Lopez was excellent and extremely helpful.

You can tell Dr Lopez cares about the wellbeing of her patients. She’s one of the only doctors I’ve ever visited that stopped to ask how I was doing with everything. And made points to try and make me feel better and more comfortable during my visit with her. The nursing staff was also very supportive and kind. Seems like they have a really great team here

Melissa,MA was outstanding, compassionate, and thorough. Karen Lopez is by far the most caring and informative provider I have ever had. I am an RN of 11+ years and without knowing that, she spent so much time explaining things to me that I had never known and that no other provider spent the time to discuss. I left this appointment in tears because of how cared for I felt. Someone finally listened to me and treated me like a human and not a list of diagnoses. These two ladies deserve recognition for the excellent quality of care they are providing.
