Every time I’ve been there, they have listened to my thoughts and opinions on the career I was to receive and took what I wanted and thought into account and developing a care plan

Gillian addressed two big concerns and one was immediately solved. And thanks for listening to concerns about medicine and giving specific instructions for stopping the use.

Jillian and everyone in her office pod. They not only ask about me. They also ask about my wife which was extremely kind. Excellent service.

Everyone is respectful & courteous. Gillian is very easy to talk to & from the questions she asks & the advice she gives she listens to me no matter the questions I have. She takes my concerns seriously.

Both the MA and NP I saw focused very heavily on their computers. I understand this is where everything is documented, but I’d recommend making more eye contact with patients instead of staring at the screen the majority of the encounter. Human connection is important.

Both Gillian and the nurse that checked me in were awesome, they took time to make they had all the info correct and Gillian even asked if there was anything else the needed checked. Always a great appt with Gillian.
