Everyone was super nice and helpful, It was a way better experience than the experience I had there in 2023. I felt heard and the doctor listened to all of my complaints and addressed every single one.

Yes, the doctor was very informative. She knew about my history. She did very good and the staff was excellent. I've been there for years and I compliment the doctor and the staff.

Everyone at the office was very friendly. I had very little wait and the doctor who was a new doctor to me because my old doctor retired, she was very inclusive. She asked great questions. She understood some of the nuances in my history and I just highly had a wonderful experience and would recommend her.

Front desk staff are very friendly. The health care professional who took my vitals was kind and respectful as was my provider. Very happy with the experience entirely

The girls checking in were not to friendly. When I walked up they were all having a conversation and continued it until they were done and then greeted me. One of the girls was on her phone. Some walked in shortly behind me and the other girl that was free to check that person in was on her phone and when I was done being checked in my girl checked in the person behind me. While the other girl continued scrolling on her phone.

The person who is asking all the questions incorrectly pronounced the doctor's first name and last name. If you're going to send a questionnaire about her, the least you can do is get her first name and last name said correctly. You should really fix this right away.

I didn't feel like the dr wanted to know me. I tried to talk to her about my anxiety & how it's horrible at dr visits due to past medical traumas. She laughed & said why are you worried? When my blood pressure was high (as it is at dr offices & I saw a cardiologist because of this), she insisted on taking it again immediately making it worse. I told her that leaving would make me feel better.

I was having great difficulty getting my medication coordinated & after many frustrating communications I decided to drive to Cherry Hill & try one last attempt to get the care I needed. I was seriously considering going to a facility such as Patient First, etc. Fortunately, when I explained my situation at the 'check-in' desk, I was offered an immediate appt that had became available. Dr Kolade was very nice & took care of my needs.

Everybody was really nice, polite, courteous, knowledgeable. I felt like family there. And I can't wait to go back and visit the doctor and get her care and recommendations on how to make my health better. And it's a really great place, one of the best experiences I've ever had.

I wanted to visit so Doctor could get to know me and my Care givers! Now if or when I need advice she will know who I am - but my age tells most!!

I would like to be called on the phone on my landline when I'm told that there's a message in my chart. I am having trouble opening my chart and I'd like to be spoken to by the person. Thank you.

This was first visit and I was having issues with my health. I did feel comfortable talking with the doctor, however, I would have liked more eye to eye contact and concern for the issues I am facing.

I went for one thing and asked a question about another . I was told the nurse would tell the doc but she was t sure it would be addressed that day . The doc did address it, but I was put off by that response

Was nice to be seen so quickly. Really appreciated being able to be seen in the same day as request.. Much prefer being seen at your office vs sitting in a Urgent Care.

This is {redacted}, my provider, was very kind, very polite, took time and interest in my conversations that we had. She didn't rush me out. She took her time. I felt very comfortable with her and I would recommend her to my family, especially my granddaughters and my grandchildren, to come and see her to be treated.
