Was there anything Outstanding?
Lola Bertran was excellent in this initial visit. Very thorough, reviewed chart notes from prior doctor and asked thoughtful and meaningful questions to fully understand my medical needs. I was very pleased with the sincerity and interest provided.

As always, the staff from the sweetheart at the window to the nurse taking my information to Lola, they took very good, tender care of me.

Excellent, listened to me and doing the best to find me the information I needed.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
More alternatives of service to clear up test results and what can be done that is less invasive.

The only thing I think that could have done better is communitating what my blood pressure was. The MA did my temperature, blood pressure and pulse ox But never reported what my results were Lola was great.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
It would be nice after the MA completes the testing of the blood pressure, the temperature and O2 to give the patient the results

My visit are always nice. I'm in & out in no time at all. I get all my questions answered. & I never feel rushed. The Dr as well as the Nurses all are great .in making you feel at ease. Test are done quick and painless as possible. ( Or has been my experience)

Joe was so welcoming. My blood pressure was a little high so he let me know that he would be back in to recheck it and explained the high reading to me.

She was very nice, even though I was being a bit of a hypochondriac!! She listened and got me a strep test even though I honestly probably didn't need one. She gave me the peace of mind that I feel was deserved! I appreciate both her and the staff greatly!

I have severe anxiety and Hypochondria and dr Beltran is the first doctor I’ve had that listens to me and understands this is my anxiety and does what she can to help

You’re phone operator dropping calls not doing a warm transfer. They are your front line that leaves more of a negative impression

Don’t waste a persons time ! I was called in just to be told I wasn’t going to be seen again. Lost my whole day of work for that. Some of don’t have money 💰

I felt Lola had reviewed my medical needs prior to our visit and she was up to date on my situation. She also referred me for a bone density exam, which I was in need of.

Lola and Tegan were awesome. The communication that they provided as the appointment went on, I've never experienced that before. From start to finish Tegan said what he was doing without expecting me to know what I was supposed to do. He gave me my daughter's blood pressure, O2, temp, height and weight results as he took them. Normally the person just rights them on the paper and I never see it again. Lola explained everything she was going to order and why. They both provided amazing care.

My initial blood pressure was a little high. They took it again at the end of my visit, using a different piece of equipment. My blood pressure was lower and good. Lola took a lot of time listening to me. The receptionist, Lucinda, was very helpful and seemed concerned about my comfort and made sure I was helped.

Lola was a good listener, very caring and compassionate. I am a new widow changed my doctors from the base to Lola and I am very pleased with her..

For me, I would have preferred it if the nurse had been female. I'm just an older lady, although the young man was very kind.

Kitzia was amazing and got me In to be drawn. Lola made me feel safe and would do what needs to be done for my care. The two front desk lady’s were amazing as well. Very helpful.
