Lola is excellent at n listening to my symptoms, treating them and explaining how she will be treating them. I have referred her to a few people already. Front staff is always kind and courteous. Nurses always kind, Darlene is exceptional

The staff , all of them, are professional, they are great staff . From the 1st encounter at the reception counter to the CNP, the assistants . They are AMAZING. Thanks

Kitzia was amazing and got me In to be drawn. Lola made me feel safe and would do what needs to be done for my care. The two front desk lady’s were amazing as well. Very helpful.

Muktiple Test on different days in different towns makes it hard with scheduling appointments. Otherwise a wonderful experience and I look forward to the results.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
It nay seem redundent to staff but hearing the full process of appointments and lications and what to expect to new clients would make the scheduling process work easier.

Lola Beltran is so caring and so knowledgeable about my health concerns. I think she is so smart and so knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining what I needed to do. She explained and used very helpful pictures on her laptop. She’s is a wonderful PA and I trust her completely with my health issues. I live in Elida and I don’t mind driving to Clovis to see her. She is awesome and hope she will continue to be my primary care provider.

Person that took my labs was awesome(and tall). Lola was awesome.

Lola is my favorite provider at RGH. She is knowledgeable, takes time to answer all questions thoroughly, and is patient with me when I don’t understand and need extra explanation.

At check in, Aaliyah [ ] was very kind and courteous, and I realize she is who I spoke with on the phone when making my appt after my ER visit. I can't express how exceptional she was in guiding me to find which Dr could see me soonest, as well as helping me to decide on a new PCP. Very soft spoken, patient, and knowledgeable. Both on the phone and in person, I feel she is the best example of the type of person in your facility who should be dealing with the public. Was a very good experience for me as I'm dealing with extreme anxiety. She was a pleasure!

Lola was very thorough and made sure every thing was addressed and even checked on things that I would have not thought which made it felt like she really cared about it her patients , very nice , professional , just an amazing person that I can trust with my care. Thank you
