Jennifer checked me in and was very helpful when discussing co pay requirements and a past due bill my husband had received. I also forgot to bring my Annual Physical Incentive form from my office, and Jennifer offered to print it out for me so that I could have my provider complete the form during my visit. That’s going the extra mile and I greatly appreciate it! Love TMH Wakulla!
