I came in for a script for PT for neck pain. Elizabeth explained to me that she wanted to make sure that the pain wasn't an indication of something medical in nature. I so appreciated her checking other factors that might be causing the pain. She gave me her undivided attention. She explained everything very knowledgeable and clearly. She has a very calm demeanor. She is a rare find. I am grateful to have her as my health care provider.
