Liz is a very professional knowledgeable person. She has a very nice personality and seems to care about what is on your mind also. I like her but I do not like the fact that Trinity health does not listen to people and gives them a hard time about payment.

Elizabeth Loccisano is a great asset for Trinity Health and her patients. She is kind and caring. She's always been extremely good about explaining things I may not be familiar with and has never tried to pressure me into any course of action that I don't agree with. With that being said, she always does her due diligence of apprising me of pathways that are often recommended for specific situations so that I can make my own decisions, which is a must for me.

I am very pleased with the patient portal. I always had my blood work done at St Mary Hospital and never had to wait more than 10 minutes. At Samaritan Hospital I had to wait one and a half hours.
