Elizabeth should be educated on her bedside manner. I am considering leaving the practice. As a healthcare professional myself I understand how important it is that the patient is understood and their concerns are validate.

As I mentioned previously, Elizabeth was thorough & listened to concerns/issues I was having. She reviewed my medical history & suggested procedures I hadn’t had for awhile. It was a great visit.

Was not concerned about my multiple symptoms due to routine tests being “normal.” Because of that, further assistance was not given for my concerns unless I specifically asked. Felt as if my concerns were extremely dismissed and made to feel that the provider believes my symptoms are attributed to “anxiety/depression’” when they are not. This made the appointment extremely uncomfortable because I had to ask for assistance for referrals to specialists, however I felt belittled by the provider where the more I tried to advocate for myself, the more it harmed my relationship with this provider
