She was dismissive to me and stated she did not have time to see me as a patient with Hashimoto disease because if she saw every patient with Hashimoto’s disease she would not have time to see the patients that needed her, like diabetics. Ironically when I called to see if she was accepting new patients with Hashimoto disease I was told yes. Asked nurse who reviewed my meds with me if they see Hashimoto’s patients and said yes…, unfortunately my primary care did not send my file so she didn’t have my info… she did agree to some lab work and suggested med change and nurse offered new script but didn’t send in over five days… sent message thru patient portal and left voicemails. No response…. Would not refer anyone to this practice.
