I just started going so have not alot of experience with yet , but my first visit was excellent I actually learned new information and I have struggled w my health for so long w the thyroid issues

This provider PROVIDES. She provides, timely advise. Helps me to achieve my goals. She shows me how internal AND external health effects everything that I do, see, hear, and feel. She helps me set reasonable, reachable goals and helps me to celebrate each small victory. She makes me feel like a winner. She makes me feel like a real person that she cares about. Instead of feeling like I am going in for a Quicky Lube Oil Change Garage and Carwash, I am going in to see a treasured expert in MY chassis, as well as others. She keeps crisp, clean, track of my baselines. She entertains thoughts when I ask, what if I try this or that? If I am not going to blow myself up or cause harm to myself and it is OC, let me know the results, she will say, so I do. She is a Peach with a capital P.

Doctor explained and showed me my lab data that pointed out that I did not have an issue in her field but that I should look for a specific type of specialist(s). So while she could not address my medical issue, she did help me narrow down the type of specialist that would be the likely best connection.

Dr Amiri understands that I did not want to take medication that would have negative long term side effects and that could effect my mountain biking. She ordered tests to determine what is best for me and what I want to do .

I would tell them not to mess around with a regular DO or MD when they have a situation involving their thyroid, just go to a specialist, and Dr. Amiri is a wonderful doctor. I’ve never had any complaints about her at all. She stays right on top of things.

Doctor is very kind and respectful .she explained my medical problems and how we can get my test results were they need be . If u are looking for a doctor that understands you look no further she is awesome . I have had 6 other endocrinologist in the past few years and she is very pleasant to speak to she explains everything in normal terms ...she is very professional.
