Prior to this, the main Scheduling desk at Lennar told me about optical express, but not that I could have regular/annual examinations on the third floor as well. I have been to both, and while the patient care at optical express was fully competent, the quality in the Bascom Palmer clinic was just superior.
I would advise the Lennar center to make the Bascom Palmer clinic, your default recommendation, with optical express as a fallback choice.

I just want to say that Doctor Llop is a gem. I only see her now every 6 months as opposed to every 3 months when we were trying to get my Birdshot under control, and I look forward to it every time. Birdshot is a scary thing to have and she has contributed enormously in making me feel comfortable living with this disease with her knowledge, compassion and availability on line when I need to reach out for something. All that has contributed enormously in the way I can now have a quality of life that is not overwhelmed by fear and stress. Again she is a gem.

Dr Llop was very careful about administering my eye injection. You can see that she understands how stressful it is to have a needle inserted into your eye! She’s compassionate, competent and caring. I’m happy to have her oversee my care.
