What else would you like to say about your experience?
I was very impressed with Dr. Liu. He was so thorough and gave me information that really made me feel good from the tests that I had taken. And I don't think any of my other doctors have explained the way he did. I was very impressed. Everybody there was so nice to me and they were very helpful. I've already recommended Dr. Liu because I think he's so good.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Waited 25 min in exam room. Doctor came in , did not acknowledge us sitting there. My husband wears hearing aids and still has a hard time hearing, but he is perfectly able to understand if things are explained to him. The doctor looked at me (wife) and talked as if I was the only one in the room. I felt so sorry for my husband. He was treated as if he was "puppet" sitting there! The doctor was not very personable.

I felt very overwhelmed. I didn't understand a lot of what he was talking about. I tried my best to ask like questions, but he kind of seems frustrated. And honestly, I left more stressed out than I did when I arrived.

I really liked Dr. Liu. He was down to business. Everything went well with my visit and I feel like he's going to be a good neurologist for me. This was my first visit there. The only thing it took a while to get in, but when you're a new patient, I understand that happens.

I never had my tests and diagnosis explained to me..it made me feel like I will never know why I’m having these symptoms..

The Dr is rude, talk to patient like they are stupid and can not make their own decisions. Very pushy. Doesn't like it when questions are asked.

Everyone is great. They make sure everything is comfortable. I really appreciate dr.lui and his staff. I'm so much better than I was when I first started seeing him!!!

The assistant called me back right away. I only waited less than five minutes. I was early for my appointment. The doctor was running fairly on schedule. I have no complaints.

Dr. Liu was phenomenal because I was only there for my 2nd Botox injection, yet he reviewed my medication list & adjusted my medications at this visit as well. Very appreciative!

Dr Liu was 50 minutes late for my appointment. I would not go to him on a regular basis because of this.
