I understand that this doctor is very intelligent and was explaining things that are out of his hands practice wise in relation to insurance, however there is a manner in which one speaks to another where a baseline of respect should be expected. I was seeking help from a professional and I left shamed and humiliated. I offer this feedback as a hope that in the future, the doctor can remember that he is working with vulnerable clients and with the hope that in the future he finds some kindness in his interactions, even when he is delivering negative news.
