What else would you like to say about your experience?
It was a follow up visit to check a hormone level. It went as planned. I discussed the treatment plan for a medication.

This visit was a disappointment and not like other visits which were always excellent.

This provider spent very little time with me. Asked hardly any questions. Dismissed my concerns and essentially ended the appointment. I attempted to ask more questions about anything else I could try. But felt very ignored. I would not recommend this provider and will not be making an appointment with her again in the future.

Words fall short of expressing how much I appreciate Caitlynn and the entire team.
They all are so kind, smart, thoughtful, responsive and on top of things. It means so much to know I’m in such good hands and have a caring, capable and responsive care team. Thank you!

Caitlyn very affable and receptive to my feedback. She always great me with a smile. Excellent bedside manner. I am a healthcare professional, so I quietly make mental notes of these things.

MS Listello was very thourough and persistent. She listens extremely well and is responsive to my concerns. I am thankful to have her on my PC team. The support staff is courteous and available.

Caitlynn Listello. I specifically requested to see her because of how impressed I was with her on a previous visit. And she was just as impressive on this visit! She’s very personable and compassionate. She listens closely to my concerns and follows up with questions and recommendations and makes sure I’m in agreement. I’m especially pleased with how thoroughly she addressed my current health concerns and related health history. She outstanding!

I was getting confusing instructions. I didn’t receive any communication from the provider. The instructions were related to my medication, and I was given conflicting information

The individual could’ve been prepared and understood what my needs were and how to manage my medical needs. I was thoroughly disappointed and I will be looking for another physician within the BJC realm but at another facility, I was really disappointed and I’ve been with this office for over five years

Every time I come for my appointments, I get the best care and the staff are very good. Dr. Lynch and the nurse practioner that are I saw yesterday they are very good and fantastic. Dr. Lynch is the best and doctor that I've had.
