The doctor shows genuine concern, or my health and issues that I may have.
The nursing staff is kind and considerate, and I would recommend both in this facility to be used by anybody and everyone

Although I was late arriving for my appointment, the staff "bent over backwards" to make sure I saw the doctor & was very understanding polite kind & as always very professional & efficient. I promised to get an earlier start for my future appts in order to avoid the traffic jams presented by Hwy 280 & I 459!!

Dr. Thornton's patient care is the bar that all providers should meet. She listens and makes me feel like I am a priority to her. She ALWAYS takes care of my physical and mental health. Dr. Lisha Thornton is a valuable asset to UAB. Thank goodness she is my PCP.
