Dr Lin demonstrated interest in my condition and an open mind to look for the causes of the problem. She also answered promptly a question I sent her through the portal . I am looking forward to find a solution for my problem with her.

She clearly delineated the functional and cosmetic issues and the pros and cons of proceeding with what would be elective cosmetic surgery. A decade ago, at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore plastic surgery dept., I was told I had ptosis. I never felt I did and Dr Lin confirmed I didn't.
