MDs and other staff at Spain were outstanding. The only problem was lack of X-ray unit on site at Spain. Was sent to UAB Highlands for X-rays, had to leave after waiting >1.5 hours, and returned next day to complete X-rays. Intake staff at Highlands, on my first (unsuccessful) visit, did not seem well-trained - the intake procedure was quite different on the second visit, one day later, and the second visit was without long waiting or any other problem.
