The staff was so kind and showed concern. I was extremely impressed by my visit with the doctor. She was excellent in taking time to talk to me, explain everything, listen to me, and ask questions. I wasn’t rushed out like some other doctors. The nurses were fantastic. I was very impressed with my visit.

The people were nice enough, but it was a wasted visit...nothing was done. Every visit to the UAB system has been useless or less than adequate.

The parking valet was very helpful. The young lady working the front desk doing check in was very thorough and kind. It's nice to have a welcoming experience.
