The front desk during check in needs improvement. After doing e check in in advance they still spend time repeating of of the check process again . It seems unusual compare to other Virtua facilities where check is sufficient by itself

Excellent provider. Listens to your problems. Does not rush you as recommendations. Ask questions and require an answer based on the betterment of my health. On time for appointments. and does not rush through the appointment. I would recommend this provider to my friends. She comes highly recommended.

Although this was the first time with this doctor because the normal person I see was out on maternity leave the doctor I saw did her best to treat me and I think she did a great job for only meeting me for the first time yesterday add I would recommend her she listened to me and gave great recommendations for my medical

Dawn did a great job making me feel comfortable with my Wellness Exam. She gave me helpful information regarding nutrition, my goals, and living will. Also with cognitive aspects of the exam. She was professional, friendly, and very understanding.

Dr. Lichtman and her staff are wonderful. I've never had a problem at all, and I've always gotten in to my appointments and been seen quickly, and she really, really cares about me. I really feel that when I speak with her. She takes her time, and I really appreciate that. She's an amazing doctor.

Why doesn't our doctor do a physical exam any longer, doesn't listen to lungs or heart, doesn't check ears, ankles, etc., only reviews blood test results. She didn't even check blood pressure, only the nurse did. Same for my wife the last few visits. What changed, our physician or are they all like this? Also didn't ask if there was any new issues.
