I appreciate that Dr Jefferies explains what she is doing during a procedure , and also addresses concerns with her staff about insurance coverage questions. I do not like to use up exam room time with non medical questions, but she acknowledges that those questions need answers too, and gets you the needed answers.

My only complaint is being stuck in the room for 40 mins to have my 5 minute chat. All of the staff I worked with for this issue were fabulous, especially Dr. Jefferies. She takes care of our whole family, my mom and sister....
