I have been using the service for several months, and Mrs. Sun has been an instrumental part of my recovery. My lymphedema has reduced, my eating n swallowing abilities has increased, along with my weight gain. I would certainly recommend Mrs. Sun to anyone who has an issue with lymphedema post cancer treatment. While it isn’t a “fast process” it’s worth the time and effort.

Lirong Sun, my therapist, does not leave any stone unturned. Yesterday during my MLD, she used ultrasound to help soften/break up the scar tissue that is keeping me from better range of motion. It also will help with the lymphatic flow to move away from my arm. We have been working on getting the swelling down for about 3 months and the new system with the "kit" plus Lirong's excellent knowledge of how to break down the proteins in my arm with MLD massage is showing great improvement. She is the only OT in Birmingham who has been successful in helping me.
