The check-in staff are always friendly & call me by name. Mark has helped me so much! He was always kind & patient. He took time to explain everything so I could understand & I never felt like he was in a hurry! I can't say it enough, Mark changed my life in the best way. He treated me like a friend. Cole also helped me a lot. Cole was very kind & patient as well. They talked with me not at me & asked me what my goals were then found a way to help me achieve those goals. One of my goals was to be able to pick up my grandkids. They put waited balls in a pillowcase to carry around like my grandbabies. It worked very well. Everyone I met or interacted with was the best!!! I had the opportunity to heal at a steady pace in a very welcoming atmosphere! Thank y'all very much!!!
