Molly spent an appropriate amount of time with me for my visit and questions. I usually have pretty easy appointments and have had no complications.

The MA was excellent. The provider's follow up note in my chart did not reflect the visit and had to be corrected. I did not have bariatric surgury to lose weight. There is no need to have to fill out paper form of medical history when it is in St. Als. My Chart. The appointment was set one yeR ago which is adequate time for this provider to hVe pulled up this information. This made me angry. I didnot feel it necessary as welk to be asked to fill out another prior to the visit as well. This made me angry and raised my white coat syndrome.

The question: How easy or difficult was it to obtain the care you needed? I selected somewhat difficult. Nothing wrong with the scheduling and getting scheduled. Dr. Etherington is booked out (for the specific appointment I saw her for) a year or more. Get on the cancelation list! My original appointment was scheduled for January 2024. By being on the cancelation list I kept getting bumped up and bumped up and was able to get in May 2023!
