The neurologist office is extremely efficient and welcoming. There was little to no wait time. Most importantly, I felt I wasn’t rushed but listened to.

Very professional. Young man at the desk was on point and the ladies on both sides of him did something that you don't see a lot, they turned and spoke. Very refreshing. The young lady that took my vitals was very engaging. The PA explained all of my options to the simplest form possible. I thought that was very cool This entire experience w/ the entire Baptist system has a really light lift considering all of the stuff they had to eliminate. Can't forget wrapping up the visit w/ Simone. She is really nice as well. Great staff creates a great experience. At least for me.

The staff at Baptist Neurology is great, friendly, efficient, helpful. We also think Dr. [last name] and his PA, Lindsay are very professional, knowledgeable and take time to listen to your concerns and order appropriate needed testing.
