PA Blazek was kind and professional. I saw her for the 1st time on this date, following right hip replacement surgery at Gottlieb hospital on July 5th. I have many concerns about that experience. it is noteworthy that I have not received a survey about my in-patient experience??

Yes these new people and some of my older been there 30 some years and some been there less than that but overall they all was excellent and serving the doctors the nurse eating one that
