She is a great listener. Caring to your concerns of your treatment plan. Answering any and all questions to the best of her ability and if she doesn't have an answer she will find the answer for you and contact you with it.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Really nothing. This visit went well and I am looking forward to my next visit in which we will discuss my surgery options.

Dr Lasseigne an her staff was so good, they really helped me because I was in severe PAIN, I really couldn’t sit down and when Dr Lasseigne finished with me she offered to get me help to my car. My family an friends who called me to check on me I been telling them how good Dr Lasseigne an her staff was too me. Thank God for good people

From the moment I entered the building the staff was nice when I seen them nurse proctor. She was nice when I got to the doctor. She was super nice. Also, my experience was excellent.

Absolutely one of the most considerate and informative person I’ve ever met in the medical field. Her knowledge is second to none. If I had a question…. The question was answered she didn’t beat around the bush she didn’t hesitate to shoot me straight and I know with this having to do with my back I want truth and she was honest and extremely intelligent. I was recommended to her my a surgeon in Houma that I look up to and I would not let another doctor cut on me unless of course it’s out of his practice but he highly recommended Dr Lasseigne to me. I know a lot of people that get looked at funny when people start talking about pain and back pain is not a joke. Dr Lasseigne took my chronic pain very serious and she definitely is steering me in the right direction. Thank u Thib spine center and Dr Lasseigne the visit was completely worth it and I left there confident and knowing my issues and what to do first and second and then third I will return back to Dr Lasseigne !!! 🙏❤️

I had lots of questions during the visit. Dr Lassaigne and the Physicians Assistant, sat with me separately but both took time to answer all of my questions. Although someone knocked on the door mentioning that someone was waiting on her, Dr Lassaigne continued to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed.

Staff was very diligent at trying to understand my condition to be able to help me move forward in a conservative way first ! Have a plan to do that and seem to be working to a solution for my condition . Dr seemed very sincere in effort to help and showed keen sense of confidence to help me get some releif from pain while advising me about my condition and also was straight with me about bad habit and the need to quit ASAP fo my benifit!!

Was there anything outstanding?
Dr Lasseigne was honest, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She went to bat for me with a stubborn insurance company, BCBS. If they would be more patient-centered this surgery would possibly never had to happen. Their denial for initial MRI’s led to spinal cord injury.
