The entire staff was extremely polite and professional. Starting with the check-in desk, then Teresa taking vitals, the PA Lindsay Kolasa who saw me just hours after I made the appointment, the X-ray techs, and later the 4th floor lab crew ... all were friendly and each patiently explained the various recommended procedures.

Very warm, friendly staff. When the PA I was scheduled to see had to do an unexpected procedure, someone came to tell me and apologize for the delay. The PA was great! Took lots of time to talk to me, answer questions and provide very helpful feedback. I am very happy with this practice.
