The Dr. Was very informative and very good. She put me at ease and understood my Nervousness.

I love that she spent time with the ultrasound. she made sure to get multiple angles. made sure dad and I heard the heartbeat and made she we got pictures. she shared our excitement, it was a very beautiful moment.

Dr. Bridgewater was very nice - but since it was my first time seeing her, I have no relationship built with her Therefore not likely to recommend and unsure in my confidence.

dr. bridgewater is my new favorite doctor! she has incredible bedside manner, I am terrified about giving birth during this pandemic and most people I've been seeing have treated me like I'm a little crazy or blowing it out of proportion and she completely validated my concerns and put me at ease, she is very knowledgeable and attentive.

Dr. Bridgewater is very good. But she is very short with people. I am not prefect either.

provider ordered the wrong test & sent wrong dose of med to pharmacy. Fortunately, the Provider put in the wrong order for Sonocine-Whole breast Ultrasound. Luckily, the PAR at the Reno Breast Center caught & and requested new order from provider & problem was resolved. I had to send a MyChart message to provider to ket her know about the wrong test ordered & that she sent in the wrong dose of my RX. She made corrections to both & isses resolves.

I was a little worried because I was given advice that directly contradicted advice given by the Renown anticoagulation team and my primary care doctor.

Years ago I was told repeatedly that my symptoms were normal. It was a blessing when Dr. Bridgewater actually listened and found out what was wrong.

I am 70 yrs. old. I was told to come back in 2 to 3 yrs. I came back and felt I should have been examined since I was there even though the doctor said it was not necessary due to always having a normal pap and my age is now 70.

Dr Bridgewater personally called me to say the got legible results and she added a few steps to my treatment plan as a result. she personally called me and I thought that was a nice touch in today's times.
