My experience with Ms Leadbetter was great. It was my horrible experience with the appointment & location. I was furious & very upset about that & having to drive downtown when I specifically made the appointment at a site much closer to my home which is about 25 miles away from the site I made my appointment. I would like to speak to someone about this.

She's the best. Very knowledgeable. Explains things in understandable terms. Obviously very smart. Doesn't rush you and answers all your questions. Shows kindness and concern; empathetic. Give her a raise!!
