You all are some of the best people that I've ever been to and explained anything I asked. I got a response. They helped me, y'all have helped me in so many ways. I don't know where I'd be without you, but my experience was great.

Johanna was very nice and professional. I. Loved her chair side manner. She listened to my concerns and treated me with respect. I really like my new care team. I didn't feel like a senior citizen that didn't matter.

I liked the fact that J. Lindauer, NP took the time we needed to discuss meds and lab results. She looked at me instead of the computer and did not seem rushed or in a hurry to get rid of me. It was just a follow-up bi yearly appointment and was pretty easy, but she took the time to get to know me!!

I just wanted to let you know that Joanna is very, very professional and she's come along quite a well ways from when I first saw her. Just sounds really confident and sure of herself and I was really pleased with my service. Thank you.

Dr. Joanne Windauer is who I've seen. She was very personable. I felt very comfortable to talk to. Her assistant prior from her coming in was very polite, talked comfortable again. It was an enjoyable visit and I usually hate going to the doctor's, but it wasn't bad at all. Thank you.

JOANNA LINDAUER was very professional, listened to everything I had to say, very compassionate, and extremely educational on every aspect of health. I drove 40 minutes to see her for an ailment I had because she was one of the best reviewed NPs and I can see why! Her medical assistant was so friendly and helpful asking all the questions without being demeaning about my health. It can be very scary going to a new office but JOANNA LINDAUER And her staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole appointment.
The office was very clean and updated.

Johanna was very nice and i didn't have to wait along time to see her. I will definitely be seeing her again, if my main doctor doesn't have an appointment.

That's the best people to take care of me. I have trouble getting around. I got some health issues. And I know I could go to them anytime and she'll take care of me and the staff does an excellent job.

I love this office. I love Dr. Joanna. I love the staff. They've treated me since I started coming there in January of 2025. I've been treated the same since then. They have never stopped a beat. Always nice, pleasant. And I really, really appreciate Dr. Joanna because we have communication. And she always gives me eye contact as well as I give her eye contact. And she lets me know what's right and what's wrong. I love Dr. Joanna's office and her staff. And yes, I would recommend my family and friends to her.

I think the staff work very hard to make sure that the patients are well provided for. The staff members diligently ensure that the patients receive comprehensive care and are adequately supported.

I usually don't have to wait long at all, in the waiting area or the room, Dr. JO listens but also gives advice or suggestions. But is patient. I'm happy with BJC.

My experience was wonderful with my provider. I felt so heard and was given time to explain without being rushed so they could get to the next appointment. We talked throughly about things and multiple options were presented and I was given all the information I would need to make a fully informed decision. I was extremely pleased by this visit and it renewed my hope in primary care.

Joanna was wonderful and very easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns and symptoms and made me feel confident with our follow up plan. She was also on time which can be very important for a working person like myself. Based on this great new patient experience I have decided to continue seeing this NP. I’m very satisfied with my visit.

I recently had my first appointment with Joanna Lindauer, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on understanding my concerns. She took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her professionalism, empathy, and thorough approach made me feel completely confident in the care I was receiving. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients. I’m grateful to have found such an exceptional nurse practitioner and look forward to continuing my care with her.

Ms. Johanna is a caring and dedicated lady whom I feel fortunate to have her as my health care provider. Her kindness and compassion are qualities that in my experience are not always easy to find. She nourished my heart and body in a New York minute. Thank God I have the privilege of knowing her.

When I left I felt so much better physically and emotionally as well.
