Linda is a good listener and asks follow up questions. Those questions lead to further discussions about my care & lead me to better outcomes by hearing and following her advice.

The office staff is great!!! They help me with any issues with appointments or any bill concerns I may have, plus they are great with the vitals and all the lovely stuff that goes on in the office. THEY ARE GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They didn't actually address my concern; they didn't take the time to solve the problem. They just gave a supposedly very simple treatment that anyone could do at home.

I like the convenience of the office location to where I live and the proximity to the lab I use and pharmacy. The CMA [REDACTED] was really great and made me very welcome and comfortable. I realize that most of my medical needs come from specialists, I still need a pcp so it's fine but I had much higher expectations for my initial visit and meeting her for the first time. I'm a retired CMA of 17 years and I'm not a sickly person so I'm not a frequent flier but I want to know I connect with my provider. Maybe just an off day.

I thought I was coming for a yearly physical. A nurse put a sensor on my index finger and took my blood pressure. A medicare doctor or nurse, I'm not sure ,followed with questions about my mental health. Seniors I've talked to never heard of these phoney medicare phsyicals.

I felt I couldn't express myself as a patient to the provider ...I tried to describe symptoms I was having and she immediately said it could be cancer ...I thought that was harsh ...so I stop talking...i felt she was receptive of me

Linda Faragasso is by far one of my favorite doctors. She has a great bedside manner and always makes me feel heard no matter the issue. She is very thorough and I always feel like she cares about my health. I always tell people I care about to see her and family and friends have and they love her too.

My first time there and I felt like I knew the whole staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful and understanding I felt like I belonged there. Linda was excellent explained everything where I could understand her level of concern was awesome felt really comfortable happy I chose this office

My doctor Linda didn't listen to me. I have a few conditions that I bought to her attention and she didn't seem knowledgeable at all. I also asked about a prescription that I was interested in and she didn't know what it was and didn't take the time to look it up.

I was given an appointment quickly. I was checked in. I was seen quickly. The triage nurse was absolutely lovely and very engaging. Dr. Farragasso answered all my questions and took care of me promptly. Thank you. Goodbye.

I waited in minutes 40 minutes after my vitals were taken before being seen, despite the fact that I was taken in 2 minutes after arrival. I had to walk out of my room to ask to be seen after 40 minutes.

Hi, I've always had a great experience in the office. All the staff is very friendly, very welcoming. Linda Farragaso is by far one of my favorite doctors. She really seems to care about my health and is always looking for ways to improve things that I'm, how I'm taking care of myself, things I can do better, and I always leave her office feeling really, really good, even on the times when I go in there when I don't feel so good. She always seems to, you know, prescribe or take care of me in a very, very, very, what would I say, thoughtful, caring manner. So, and I tell all my friends and family to come there, see Linda, and that's what I like to say.

Waiting room time was 25 minutes, then waited about another 15-20 minutes in the exam room. Arrived at 1:24, wasn't in car until about 2:40.
