I saw a nurse, a nurse practitioner and the Dr. All were exceptional!

Dr.. Lin's office was probably the most efficient I've ever seen. Fernando, thePA, in particular, listened patiently to my issues, explained effectively what my test results showed & answered my questions without my feeling rushed. At the same time, he was very personable. Of course, all these attributes also go to Dr. Lin plus explaining the treatment and the alternative and allowing me to feel comfortable and confident in his diagnosis and proposed treatment.

The entire staff, from receptionist/ registrarion desk, to nurse Gracie, PA Fernando, Dr. LIN. They all went above and beyond answering my questions in a professional compassionate way.

Dr. Lin was and is excellent! The Doctor working under him Dr. [ ] , she was great also. She has a way of reducing the tension in the room and talked to me like a person,( not just a doctor above me), the same awesome way Dr. Lin does. Thank you for giving me the time to let you know how well I enjoyed seeing them in bad times.

Sam was very good in performing her duties. Very pleasant and I felt confident about her abilities. Dr Lin was very easy to talk to. He did not rush the appointment and answered all of our questions.

Dr Lin was very forthcoming with what to expect, even if it is difficult news but I appreciate being informed. Samantha, PA was very engaging and reassuring, offering the opportunity to call in if I had additional questions or concerns.

I saw the PA (Samantha) first and she was excellent. She spent time explaining my medical issue and answered questions I had. Dr. Lin, who obviously had been briefed by the PA, came into the examining room to explain my care option(s). He spent a good deal of time with me, leaving me feeling confident in his recommendation and skill level for surgical procedure he described. After my appointment, I posted questions on the patient portal. I received a call the next day from the other PA (Fernando) and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I was impressed by the timeliness and thoroughness of the response. I have high praise for DR. Lin and his staff.

Amanda went above and beyond helping me with appointments and referrals from my primary care. She is very very caring and compassionate.Sam was very friendly, pleasant and showed as well as explained my images to me as well as asking all the important questions and listening well to the answers and Dr. Lin is always such a trustworthy,polite and knowledgeable man who explains things in a no nonsense way whom I trust him 100 %

Very good care from check in to check out. I like that I saw the PA and Dr Lin. Very helpful!! Cindy was very nice and also helpful. Outstanding? Everyone I came in contact with!

Sam, the PA, was quite thorough, friendly, and unhurried. I was quite impressed with her, and she really made sure that I understood my test results. I was also quite impressed with Dr Lin, who also thoroughly showed me my results and without hesitation, gave me a firm recommendation, which is exactly what I needed.

Ivan went above and beyond showing concern for the urgency of getting me scheduled for an appointment. He recognized that I needed an asap appointment and coordinated with the doctor to schedule an appointment right away. He likely prevented me from ending up in the emergency room with potential permanent disability.

All of the staff in Dr Lin's office were very friendly and helpful. Dr Lin's associates were very respectful and thorough. Dr Lin himself was a true professional. He listened thoroughly, discussed my condition thoroughly, and made recommendations for next steps. Overall, the visit to this office was very pleasant.
