Ivan went above and beyond showing concern for the urgency of getting me scheduled for an appointment. He recognized that I needed an asap appointment and coordinated with the doctor to schedule an appointment right away. He likely prevented me from ending up in the emergency room with potential permanent disability.

Dr. Lin is terrific. He always listens and doesn't rush you. Samantha is great also. You are very lucky to have her.

All of the staff in Dr Lin's office were very friendly and helpful. Dr Lin's associates were very respectful and thorough. Dr Lin himself was a true professional. He listened thoroughly, discussed my condition thoroughly, and made recommendations for next steps. Overall, the visit to this office was very pleasant.

Front desk was very friendly and professional. Sam and Dr. Lin went over everything thing in detail, took the time to make sure I understood my test result and plan of action for my care. Felt very taken care of. Assistant that scheduled my surgery was friendly, professional and took great care of me.

Yes, unfortunately I do not remember her name. But she is due to have a baby in February. She was beyond caring and showed a lot of concern for how I was feeling and my pain level being so high

Dr Dean Lin provided a thorough evaluation of my lower back issues and prospects for dealing with my issues. Love the fact that on the way out he stop to help an elder patient find the elevator. Would highly recommend him.
