I was blown away by the professional ism and courtesy of the staff from the time of arrival to departure. You could feel the camaraderie of the team.

Ivan went above and beyond showing concern for the urgency of getting me scheduled for an appointment. He recognized that I needed an asap appointment and coordinated with the doctor to schedule an appointment right away. He likely prevented me from ending up in the emergency room with potential permanent disability.

All of the staff in Dr Lin's office were very friendly and helpful. Dr Lin's associates were very respectful and thorough. Dr Lin himself was a true professional. He listened thoroughly, discussed my condition thoroughly, and made recommendations for next steps. Overall, the visit to this office was very pleasant.

Front desk was very friendly and professional. Sam and Dr. Lin went over everything thing in detail, took the time to make sure I understood my test result and plan of action for my care.
