Dr Lin was excellent! He explained everything about my condition in detail. Gave me options even though he couldn’t help me [ ]. He is very compassionate. Took his time and made sure all my questions were answered. The whole experience from check in to check out was excellent. I felt cared for and valued. Excellent staff all the way around.

Everything about my visit with Dr. Lin was positive and reassuring. All of the people I met with were adept in their role, friendly, and considerate. It's one of the best experiences I've had in a medical setting and makes it feel like I'm in good hands.

Dr Lin, himself, was exceptional in his explanation of what was happening in my [ ] as well as what was needed to fix it. He was thorough in his description of the [ ] and the follow-up steps necessary for [ ]. He also welcomed any questions though at the time, I really didn't have. I have absolute faith in Dr. Lin and his knowledge as to what is required to help me lead a more active and involved life. I thank Dr. Lin and his staff for a positive medical appointment.

Dr. Lin recognized that I was not [ ] with both the [ ] and [ ] changes in my [ ]. He referred me to another Neurosurgeon that does [ ]; which would be a faster recovery time for me. If and when I do become [ ] I will be delighted to have Dr Lin as my surgeon.

I believe Dr Lin to be the finest doctor I’ve encountered. I am impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. Dr Lin is very informative about my condition conveying his thoughts very direct without being condescending. I am fortunate to be a patient of his, hopefully my condition will not worsen to where I need his services again, but if it does, I feel that Dr Lin is the only Neurosurgeon I would want conducting the [ ].

Check out nurse they gave me my appointment for [ ] was amazing kind, explained every detail of what I am going to be scheduled for. It made my stress level go down significantly she’s a gentleman. She’s the nurse that makes all the appointments or send them out amazing lady.
