The P. A. Sam was excellent as well as Dr. Lin and the scheduler , Valerie. I was well satisfied with my interaction with the aforementioned LPG personnel.

Unfortunately, Dr Lin was not able to help me with my particular problem surgically. He was able to point me in the direction of someone he thought could help me. He and his staff took their time and explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had.

It’s always a pleasure to visit Dr Lin’s practice. Everyone is upbeat and friendly. The Physicians Assistant, Samantha, was particularly helpful. She cleared up many questions we’ve had about the [ ] operation and our need for [ ].

Everyone was super super nice. Dr Lin was soooo easy to talk to. He didn’t brush me off he listened to everything. His assistant SAM the PA was nice and easy to talk too. The whole office was outstanding thank you.

Being a Healthcare provider myself for 34 years I feel more than qualified to say that Dr Lin & his staff are outstanding! Extremely pleased & blessed that he is accepting new patients. I totally trust Dr Lin & his surgical abilities.

Very impressed from the time entered the facility from the front desk, the nursing assistant; Camille, PA, Samantha, and Dr. Lin were all exceptional. Definitely recommend to anyone who seeks medical care!

Fernando was able to scale his information to listners, never rushed and very helpful. Cindy was a lifesaver during the complicated process of coordinating clearance and scheduling [ ]. Dr. Lin always took time to explain and never rushed.

Sam Zavala was friendly and explained everything thoroughly and was not rushed. Cindy Salas, OR scheduler, was most helpful and explained the process thoroughly. She gave me her contact information and said she would communicate with me directly. What a welcome change that is! The staff conveys that you and your welfare is important to them…..what a novel approach.

The entire staff was amazing. The PA & the training PA were very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Lin I was wonderful. I have seen a few physicians about my medical condition and he listened and ordered additional testing to figure out the problem. The other Physicians basically sent me in my way to figure it out.

I experienced the best ever visit with any Dr and all staff. From the first phone call to make an appointment to the end of the visit. I was surrounded by personal care, friendliness, professionalism, and expert advice. Avery question was answered in detail and a decision was made to go forward with my case. A prompt appointment was made and I left the office with confidence knowing that I am in best hands with Dr. Dean Lin.

This is the most efficient and well run doctors office I have been to in years. Granted we were there for almost three hours but each step was timely and made perfect sense in the grand scheme. The check in process was simple, easy and the lady had a beautiful smile! I always arrive early and the time in the waiting area was normal. The BP, heart rate and oxygen levels were done by Erik and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Next came the PA. Ferdinand, I think that was his name, gave us good information and reviewed the X-ray’s and MRI with us and gave us a level of understanding that really helped when we met with Dr. Lin. He wanted us to be sure that we understood what we were looking at and that Dr. Lin would explain in detail the meaning of these abnormalities in my neck! Dr. Lin exudes a level of professionalism that we really appreciated. He made it abundantly clear as to what was wrong with my neck. He made clear the risks and options that this diagnosis presented.
