What else would you like to say about your experience?
I really appreciated LIEU and his medical assistant with their professional attitude toward me on our first meeting. DR Lieu made sure I was taken care of, he was friendly but at the same time a professional, explained everything to me, listen to me and let me ask questions. Since I have been a patient with the BJC Network, I consider DR Lieu the BEST DOCTOR (PCP) I experienced at BJC.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I feel Dr.Lieu actually knows who I am which can be difficult in a large practice. I trust his judgement and knowledge about what needs to be done. I don't think he would prescribe anything that was not necessary which can be a problem with older adults.

Dr. Charles Lieu is amazing! He listens to my concerns and determines the best course of action or treatment for my needs. He is a wonderful doctor and caring human being. I grateful he is my doctor!

Dr Lieu took all the time I needed to discuss my issues. He listened carefully and explained the reason for my issues. He ordered the appropriate test and referred me to a specialist. I couldn’t be more pleased with the visit.

Dr. Lieu and his team managed to get me a same day appointment which I couldn’t be more grateful for as I know how busy they are. Dr. Lieu and his assistant were very kind and helpful. I’m thankful to have them looking after my health.

Dr. Lieu and his assistant have always been extremely kind and supportive when I come in for regular check ups. I’m never rushed through my appointment. All my questions are answered. I highly recommend Dr. Lieu.

Dr.Lieu and nurses responded with professionalism and great support to my concerns. I saw the doctor within two hours of my contracting the office. I view that as extraordinary response.

Dr. Lieu has been my PCP for so many years I can’t count them now. He and his staff have genuine care and concern for my well being. I don’t trust many people. But, I trust him all the way. He listens to me and how I feel, what I’m thinking. Then we discuss options and he’s up front and clear. No nonsense. I respect that so much. I pray he’s around for a very long time to come. REAL people are hard to come by. To also have that in your physician is priceless.

Dr Lieu has been my GP Doctor for many years, I am 90 years old and Dr Lieu is tops in personal skills and is technically competent. He doesn’t hesitate to make referrals when more specialized medical skills are indicated

Dr Lieu’s listening skills were excellent. I felt partnered in my medical problems with a knowledgeable professional. Although there were not immediate answers I left knowing we were moving forward toward answers. Good patient engagement!

Dr. Lieu is an extraordinary doctor. He actively listens, has great bedside manner, and feels like a friend. My mom was also a patient of his, and we always wanted to send him flowers after appointments because he deserves that and so much more. Best Doc ever!!!
