John is a wonderful provider. I have medical anxiety and he was very kind and personable. I confused some info I gave him at my visit and he called right after to clarify and make sure he was treating me the best possible. He didn’t have me waiting and didn’t rush like so many doctors do. I felt like he truly cares about what he does and I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Lien is highly skilled and I believe he’s giving his patients the very best in treatment and care. He’s articulate and extremely thorough. I especially appreciate his warm and friendly demeanor. He's performed 2 very successful procedures on my hands. I couldn’t trust anyone more. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful hand specialist.

He was very pleasant, listened to my concerns and symptoms, did a manual check on my hands and went over all the options, explaining what each entailed in clear to understand language for the layperson. Had carpal tunnel and trigger finger release in the office under local anesthesia. Procedure went smoothly. Dr. Lein explained everything during the procedure. Post op instructions very clear and follow up visit scheduled for me. He is very personable and skilled.
