It took me almost a uear to prepare myself for this procedure. I appreciate [staff]'s explanation of procedure and that she presented it as an option, even when I was there for the injections. I really appreciate that Dr Liberman asked about ehat has happened in my LIFE since my last visit acknowledging that autoimmune conditions mirror LIFE. I felt seen and appreciate her holistic concern. She was as gentle.as.could be with eye injections. She and [staff] have very good rapport with each other whoch put the room at ease for a stressful procedure.

Dr. Liberman was thorough and definitively answered a question that has lingered over 3 OD visits with two different providers at JHM - that the risk of cataract surgery considering my history of retinal tears and a detachment outweighs any potential reward at this time.
