My visit with Dr Li has been excellent in every aspect I expect out of Doctor, you should make every effort to keep him at O’Fallon Medical Group!!!

Nothing more. It would be great if he were my primary care physician!

Dr Li was very professional and caring. He was concerned about my health and went through quite a few steps to make a diagnosis.

Dr. Li listen to me. He checked my prior records. He explained what was going on with me. Pull things up on the computer to show me so that I would understand. He took his time. I felt very cared for.

I still have the same symptoms I had two weeks prior and the doctor didn’t seem too concerned.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Li is an excellent doctor, I believe he is fairly new as I have never met with him before. I was in for a sick visit. Bedside manner excellent, so courteous and caring. He explained my diagnosis, how to take care of it, and the causes. Very personable, He is just an overall wonderful doctor, that you don’t see much anymore. I felt comfortable with Doctor Li and I and happy he joined the practice.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room. So far do not have anything for improvement.

Dr Li was excellent! Best. Medical carr I have had im years. Dr Li actually took time to understand my concerns and explained his actions. Usually I feel like I am part of a numbers game(how many patients can I see in X time).

Dr. Li was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. He answered and listen to very thing I needed to ask him. I wished he was staying with the family clinic. It was nice being able to see a doctor a few days after calling for an appointment.

Dr. Li’s bedside manner was extraordinary, exemplary. I wish I had better words to describe it. He was able to walk me through tangible treatment option that I can utilize in my everyday life and career.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Li was extremely kind, listened and addressed all of my concerns. Ive only had one other doctor that made me feel heard and that they cared. I wish he was going to be a permanent member of this office. I would continue to be a patient of his.

Dr. Li was amazing. He explained everything and was very thorough. He even noted that our son’s acne meds were not working and provided a different way forward.

The doctor could’ve have listened to my symptoms and been interested in what was going on rather than stating I need to strengthen my core and I have nothing to concern myself with

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Li was incredibly kind and empathetic to me. I originally came in with questions about my thyroid & swelling in my feet. He not only addressed that, but while screening me, he addressed his concerns about my addiction & mental health. I cannot begin to explain how much of a relief it was after my visit was over. He went above and beyond to explain everything with complete thoroughness. I am looking forward to our follow up soon.

I want to applaud Dr. Elton Li for phenomenal medical advice during my visit. He's truly a people person who 'sees' and 'hears' his patients. He listens intently then explains his instructions thoroughly. I left this visit with a smile and positive outlook on my health. Thanks.

Dr. Li provided detailed information about his diagnosis and the exercises needed to correct my painful shoulder. He answered my questions and gave me a copy of exercises. Excellent officevisit!

Doctor Elton, we talked about the reason for my appointment but we also discussed some other things. He gave me readings on such things we discussed and was very easy to talk to and understand

Dr. Li was thorough and very knowledgeable. He had looked at my records prior to the appointment and he answered all my questions with patience and clarity. He was also friendly and funny. It was a great wellness session.

Dr. Li, is amazing. He makes you feel comfortable and ensures you understand what he is doing. He gives you options and allows you to nske decisions on your medical care. I wish all doctors were like him.

I had never seen this doctor before. His kindness, friendliness, and approachability were exceptional. I felt very comfortable and confident seeing him for my appointment. He took time to listen and explain all of my concerns without me feeling intimidated in any way. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Nothing. I was well pleased with everyone I encountered and how I was treated.
