Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Li was extremely kind, listened and addressed all of my concerns. Ive only had one other doctor that made me feel heard and that they cared. I wish he was going to be a permanent member of this office. I would continue to be a patient of his.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Li was amazing. He explained everything and was very thorough. He even noted that our son’s acne meds were not working and provided a different way forward.

I want to applaud Dr. Elton Li for phenomenal medical advice during my visit. He's truly a people person who 'sees' and 'hears' his patients. He listens intently then explains his instructions thoroughly. I left this visit with a smile and positive outlook on my health. Thanks.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Li provided detailed information about his diagnosis and the exercises needed to correct my painful shoulder. He answered my questions and gave me a copy of exercises. Excellent officevisit!

Doctor Elton, we talked about the reason for my appointment but we also discussed some other things. He gave me readings on such things we discussed and was very easy to talk to and understand

Dr. Li was thorough and very knowledgeable. He had looked at my records prior to the appointment and he answered all my questions with patience and clarity. He was also friendly and funny. It was a great wellness session.

Dr. Li, is amazing. He makes you feel comfortable and ensures you understand what he is doing. He gives you options and allows you to nske decisions on your medical care. I wish all doctors were like him.

I had never seen this doctor before. His kindness, friendliness, and approachability were exceptional. I felt very comfortable and confident seeing him for my appointment. He took time to listen and explain all of my concerns without me feeling intimidated in any way. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Nothing. I was well pleased with everyone I encountered and how I was treated.

Just really enjoyed meeting Dr. Li. He did a fantastic job explaining what was likely going on with me, and I really liked how he pulled up images and examples to help illustrate the point, and went hands on with me to help alleviate my immediate tightness and discomfort.

Dr. Li was exceptional. Even though he is only helping on a limited basis and I was just there for medication refills he actually took the time to ask questions and made suggestions that my other doctors hadn't. I haven't felt so heard in a long time. I wish he was joining the group because I'd love for him to be my PCP.

Dr Li seemed genuinely interested in my well being. He is the first doctor in a long time that listened to me and gave me positive useful information. It was the most positive experience I’ve had in years.

Dr. Li was a pleasant surprise. He could tell I was anxious and used a friendly, humorous approach to help me feel more at ease. He took the time to explain everything in detail and even reviewed past diagnoses in my medical record to ensure my overall health was on track. His warm demeanor and excellent bedside manner made such a strong impression that I immediately recommended him to two friends who are currently looking for a new doctor.

The Dr I saw was not hearing me or showed interest . I felt somewhat overridden in how I actually feel.

Dr Li is awesome!! My favorite doctor by far! Very relatable and down to earth. Explained everything in a way that I could understand. Wish I could have him as my primary!! He’s just a great all around doctor!
