Mary's guidance is with me even between visits. At this point in therapy I can seriously and happily say that I'm living my best life. I'm not having any depression and the anxiety is under control for the most part.

Mary is my saving grace. I have learned many coping mechanisms over the years and trying my hardest to use them daily. It's still a very overwhelming process. Mary talks with me and explains things in such a way that I feel valued and important. I appreciate my time with her.
