Brittany is very personable and listens. She recommended extra drs for me to see and understood that I have gone to a lot of drs and been on many medicines that didn’t work. She pushed me to get the tests done that I have been putting off. She understood that I was scared and made me feel at ease.

Physician was quite rude. Very rushed and very poor “bedside manner”. Asked no questions inquiring about my experiences and was very short. Might come back to Franciscan but will not see her again. Left feeling stressed and discouraged. Have already called my family members to have them schedule with other providers within the building to avoid her.
