Dr Price was 30 minutes late to our telehealth appointment, did not apologize and did not explain why which I felt was disrespectful of my time and work day as a patient. I also felt very dissmissed by Dr.Price's responses to my concerns. The way she explained things could have done with more care and detail.

Dr. Price is an exceptional physician who is attentive, knowledgeable, and consistent with delivering great care. She has helped me manage my ailments, stays ahead of any foreseeable problems, and even saved me by recognizing the symptoms of what turned out to be an imminent appendix about to burst. A truly wonderful doctor!

I was recommend to Dr. Price a couple of years ago, but because it was a little distance to drive I stayed with the one I had. I'm so upset with myself that I did not change sooner. I am totally happy with the service she provide in the care that she shows explaining and taking her time to make sure you understand and answer any questions that you may have thank you, Dr. Price you are excellent keep doing what you're doing keeping your patience aware and educating them about themselves.

Dr Letitia Price and Virtua staff were excellent. Dr price was thoroughly familiar with my health issues and has been monitoring my lab results.

I sat in waiting room for an hour only to be told they never checked me in. I was told that my doctor has no appts and I can't be seen unless I want a virtual meeting.

Dr Price is the DR l was looking for. After years of having a Dr that was not interested in me as a patient it is great to see someone that will lead me in medical decisions.

You require that the patient arrive 15-20 minutes early to check in which I do. Then I sit and wait for 20-plus minutes past my scheduled appointment time before being called back to the office. This seems like a tremendous waste of my time.

Dr. Price is very attentive and she is very knowledgeable. She is patient and her bedside manner is outstanding. I would recommend her and I have recommended her to anyone I encounter who needs the primary care who takes their health seriously.

I am very pleased with the care I have received from Virtua. Within two years, my primary provider has addressed all of my ongoing issues all with positive results. I haven't felt this good in over 20 years. Thank you, Virtua and Dr. Letitia Price for the outstanding work that you do.

When I am in the office Dr Price acknowledges me as if I am the only patient she has. Very attentive.

The office is in a convenient location for me. My biggest complaint is that if you call the number to talk to someone, you get put through to a central service or nurse navigator. I would prefer to talk to my actual doctor's office personnel.

I selected a new doctor I need a doctor who will treat me with dignity and respect who listens not talk over me and pick outside providers as referrals for me instead of asking me or involving me. I don't feel like I was treated with dignity or respect so I asked to see another doctor. I felt rushed and like I don't matter.

It seems that although I ask for all studies and visits outside or within virtua system to be sent to my primary..I dont think that they are either not being sent by providers, or not being flagged so my primary knows they are there. My doctor is extremely proactive and has always known any changes before my visit. Somehow things like mammograms or vaccination or diabetic eye exams are not being communicated. I keep getting messages saying I am overdue for something that I have taken care of.

I was apprehensive going to a new physician but Dr Price put me at ease. She listened to what I said and was kind and compassionate. She was thorough with asking me questions about my health. I left the office feeling relieved and supported.

Dr Price is great. She listened to me and also gave me information I have never heard. May time it seemed like I was told that If I did this or did that things would get better. Dr Price described the symptom I was feeling and explained why. It was refreshing to have someone I did not need to convince. I was resorting back to the just tough it out and don't mention problems besides the one you can point at.

Not this visit, but in the past I had been told that my inquiries or my problems that I had were something that I had to postpone until a next visit because she didn't have enough time to handle it. Not the provider's problem, but the institution didn't allow her enough time to handle the situations that I had, medical problems, and I had to postpone it until another visit. That's a problem for me. So I've been going to the doctors a long time and I have never, ever been told that in my entire life. But that's what the institution of Virtua has ?

I have had several acute episodes of debilitating illness that adversely impacted my quality of life. However I believe the bottom line here is that the patient-doctor communication is limited and a 20 minute office visit is not conducive to positive outcomes.
