The staff is assisting me with so much. I have so much frustration dealing with major medical issues that prevent me from helping myself. Without Income, transportation and lack of food/water/medication I feel like I'm never going to get better. But staff assisted me in completing an application for CVT last week. With Dr. B & her staff & Care Management (Courtney) I now have more hope, their unrelenting kindness help and true concern allowed me to not give up when I felt that was my only choice. Thank you so much.

The staff was excellent! Friendly, courteous and respectful Leslie was amazing. We drove 2 hours one way to the access clinic and it was definitely work the trip. Leslie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Dorothy was extremely helpful in finding a permanent provider and making the appointment. Everyone we came in contact with was outstanding!
