Leslie Brzozowski is an amazing provider who has gone above and beyond in making sure not only are all my concerns cared for but that I also feel comfortable in the care I am receiving. When I came to her it was out of desperation due to letting many medical issues go uncared for during the last few years and the severity of the current concerns was no longer able to be ignored. She made me feel comfortable from the moment she walked through the door and has taken extra time to really develop the best plan of care for me and explain everything and make sure that I was involved in the decision making process for every detail. Every time I reach out with any concerns through messages on MyChart her and her staff respond promptly and even call if necessary. I am extremely grateful and blessed to have such amazing caretakers in my corner caring for me. I will be recommending Leslie Brzozowski and Shannon Access Clinic to anyone who is looking to have optimal care and outcomes with friendly and truly caring people to provide them with their healthcare needs.

Leslie was the first provider in a long time to actually listen to my concerns and discuss options with me. Hannah, her RMA, was kind and patient and so knowledgeable. If it were possible, I would choose them as my primary provider.

Team was very friendly, efficient, and made me feel that they were dedicated to me and my problems. I was amazed how quickly we went from first appointment, testing, diagnosing then Referring me to correct department with in a couple of days.
