Leslie was the first provider in a long time to actually listen to my concerns and discuss options with me. Hannah, her RMA, was kind and patient and so knowledgeable. If it were possible, I would choose them as my primary provider.

Team was very friendly, efficient, and made me feel that they were dedicated to me and my problems. I was amazed how quickly we went from first appointment, testing, diagnosing then Referring me to correct department with in a couple of days.

The staff is assisting me with so much. I have so much frustration dealing with major medical issues that prevent me from helping myself. Without Income, transportation and lack of food/water/medication I feel like I'm never going to get better. But staff assisted me in completing an application for CVT last week. With Dr. B & her staff & Care Management (Courtney) I now have more hope, their unrelenting kindness help and true concern allowed me to not give up when I felt that was my only choice. Thank you so much.
