He was excellent at explaining my issue. He listen to me as I explained my issue and suggested areas I could change to prevent my issue in the future even though he was very busy with patients. He was very caring and helpful.

Yes, Dr. Diaz went so far as to speak with my daughter on speaker phone. She was out of town and I went to immediate care by myself. It was very helpful.

From start to finish my experience was very good. Well treated at reception and just as well all the way through. Just came in for a [ ] and was taken care of in a kind and caring way. Dr. Diaz patiently checked my condition and took the time to make sure I would know what to do upon release.

My first impression when I walked in with my sister who is [ ] & needing immediate care concerning her [ ] was impressive, the front desk receptionist whose name is Collene is very engaging & extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Doctor ‘s on duty Are eager to remedy your medical needs with the utmost care. The nurse Jennifer did a fantastic job on getting my sister’s ears [ ] with kindness and patience. Thank u all! [ ]

Dr Leonel Diaz was THE best doctor we have EVER encountered in our history of dealing with many a doctor in several states from which we have lived. He was extremely professional, intelligent, kind and caring in our immediate needed care. He is the most top physician we have ever had the pleasure to be under his care. Not only did Dr. Diaz treat me with respect, he explained everything to me in detail. I was suffering from a reaction to a [ ]. He outlined what he was going to do, gave me a full outline for my recovery. He then telephoned me later in the day to check up. I am very impressed

A very pleasant experience. Dr Diaz was personable and very thorough as was the male nurse. The pleasant receptionist checked me on quickly and I was seen right away. Highly recommend this immediate to anyone!
