All staff were very courteous and professional in answering my questions and putting me at ease about some of my concerns. Her listening skills are impeccable, she demonstrated competence, was thorough, detailed, diligent and handled business efficiently, effectively by immediately ordering labs in capturing my concerns. Her accomplishments are even more impressive for her young self. Clearly a proactive woman that walks the talk. As a retired marine, a retired professional, summa cum laude graduate of business, rarely have I ever found a civilian raising the bar and setting a precedence until I met her. How fortunate for those that get to work with her, for her patients too to be inspired by her example and treated with dignity, respect. A true Professional

I'm very impressed w/Ms. Ferrigon. She has impeccable listening skills, is very articulate, competent, she wasted no time in getting labs ordered. A woman that handled business effectively and efficiently. That's saying alot as a [ ], retired professional, accustomed to walking the talk. Rarely have I experienced a civilian professional elevate themselves as she did. She has accomplished a great deal in her young life.
