The NP was fantastic. This was my first time seeing her and I felt heard, taken care of, and confident with her as my provider. Everyone was wonderful. As usual, this was a great experience. This office never disappoints.

Shannon Lemp was so very thorough and answered my questions. I felt my situation was taken seriously and solutions were suggested. It is so very important than one is listened to and shown empathy and solutions are explored. She does it in spades.

Shannon (Emily) was very helpful about the plan re a scan ordered by my St Luke’s doctor. Shannon was very supportive about the need for the next exam. All the way around it was a very good visit!

Shannon is really an exceptionally kind person, good at what she does. She's going places, so she should be encouraged to stay with BJC for her career.

Both the medical assistant and Shannon Lemp were friendly and courteous. Shannon spent time with me, was thorough, and gave me good instructions on what to do. She also told me to let her know if I did not get better in a few days. I felt well taken care of by Shannon.

Shannon Leno - she is amazing. I got in on same day i called, she really spent time and explained everything and we decided on a plan of action together. Staff also extremely friendly and helpful. An office like this is a hard to find and i am so glad i did!

The NP was amazing. She explained everything thoroughly, kept checking with me to make sure I had no questions, was very enjoyable to talk with, had excellent knowledge, and was on target with referrals for further testing.

This NP went out of her way to listen carefully to me, validate me, make great med changes. She spent way more time than she probably had me scheduled for but she saw I needed help and was so caring, empathetic and knowledgeable about my condition. I left there feeling so hopeful for better health! Thank You!

The fnp and her student were attentive, courteous, answered our question, invited us to contact her virtually and helped us with referrals to other providers. She also quickly called in a script the same day. All in all, we were very pleased and are glad we are with the bjc system.
