The fnp and her student were attentive, courteous, answered our question, invited us to contact her virtually and helped us with referrals to other providers. She also quickly called in a script the same day. All in all, we were very pleased and are glad we are with the bjc system.

N.P. LEMP DID A WONDERFUL VISIT. SHE TOLD ME WHAT IS GOING ON ACCCORDING TO MY LAB WORK ETC. IAM 86 AND HAVE EEN WITH THE V.A. FOR A LONG TIME. THIS WAS ONE GOOD VISIT WITH A MEDICAL PERSON THAT MADE ME FEEL THAT SHE CARED.

[Staff] and Shannon Lemp were outstanding. I felt relaxed with them, they were easy to talk to about anything, and the follow up of my test results was superb! I had a written letter from Shannon on my chart explaining the test results and how to follow up.
