I have always had excellent service, care & concern from the entire staff. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are very attentive & accessible with communications in person & through mypatientchart. Shannon Lemp, was extremely helpful & attentive. She spent time questioning, examining, explaining, offering her analysis & prescribing possible solutions. She didn't hesitate to listen to & evaluate different topics, and she wrote down many of our discussions to ensure I understood & remembered them.

The Nurse Practitioner was friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to consult with the doctor before making any recommendations.

I absolutely love Mrs Lemp. I felt heard and she treats me as an individual and provides great feedback, listens and tries her best to motivate me with providing me with accurate tools and knowledge.

Shannon was great. When I talked about my struggles with my weight, she had some concrete suggestions and said she would look into drugs that would be covered under my insurance. I really appreciated that.

The NP was fantastic. This was my first time seeing her and I felt heard, taken care of, and confident with her as my provider. Everyone was wonderful. As usual, this was a great experience. This office never disappoints.

Shannon Lemp was so very thorough and answered my questions. I felt my situation was taken seriously and solutions were suggested. It is so very important than one is listened to and shown empathy and solutions are explored. She does it in spades.

Shannon (Emily) was very helpful about the plan re a scan ordered by my St Luke’s doctor. Shannon was very supportive about the need for the next exam. All the way around it was a very good visit!

Shannon is really an exceptionally kind person, good at what she does. She's going places, so she should be encouraged to stay with BJC for her career.

Both the medical assistant and Shannon Lemp were friendly and courteous. Shannon spent time with me, was thorough, and gave me good instructions on what to do. She also told me to let her know if I did not get better in a few days. I felt well taken care of by Shannon.

Shannon Leno - she is amazing. I got in on same day i called, she really spent time and explained everything and we decided on a plan of action together. Staff also extremely friendly and helpful. An office like this is a hard to find and i am so glad i did!

The NP was amazing. She explained everything thoroughly, kept checking with me to make sure I had no questions, was very enjoyable to talk with, had excellent knowledge, and was on target with referrals for further testing.
