The treatment team was (and is) amazing. Everyone is personable, caring, and patient centered. Dr. Prickett is informative and honest. During my visit, I felt that he cared about me as a patient and addressing my presenting problem. The nurses are so kind and have amazing bedside manner. When I followed up with my PCP, I suggested the team at Legacy ER and Urgent Care is a great place to recommend for all patients.

I had reservations at first about going to an urgent care believing I wouldn't get the attentive care like a primary care doctor. I must say from the time I checked in the registration personnel was so helpful, and explained about my billing and coverage. I was evaluated by Tameka Henley, and she was so tentative to my illness and most of all listened to what was going on with me. Her bedside manner was so caring. Thank you Urgent care Staff

Great experience from start to finish. It helped that no one was ahead of us, and that we didn't have to wait - but I especially appreciated how Dr. Aubin put my daughter at ease and got her to relax.

Even though patients provide signatures for treatment. Patients should be advised to certain scans/xrays during the treatment hat may change the type of visit from Emergency Room visit versus Urgent Care and being told there is a $500.00 co-payment and the Registration Clerk stating can I pay at least $250.00.

The entire facility from walking into the door and walking out the door once assisted was a great experience. I was very impressed by the facility. I'm here visiting from California and the hospital treated me very kindly.

For an emergency room it was a great experience. I was in a lot of pain, and every single person working provided exceptional care. The overall time it took was wonderful, too. No four hour wait to be seen. Have used your services before and will use again when needed.

Just moved here and TWICE = AWESOME! I was here the first time for a nose skin/infection because I could not get a new patient appointment for 3 to 5 months at ANY primary care physicians office. Second time I had extremely high BP, and could not get appointments in time for meds, to not suffer the consequence of the BP reaction. Don't move here (TX) if you want health care. If you accidently did - GO TO LEGACY ER, they won't judge you for making the huge mistake....

The lady who actually diagnosed my problem was outstanding. She knew her stuff and actually cared about me. Not sure of her credentials but maybe a Nurse Practitioner. Please give her a gold star.

PA did not do any physical examination, only ascertained based on verbal discussion. Had follow up with my PCP and got meds that worked better with an actual examination to help identify issue. Staff is always friendly but no longer seems to provide actual checkup.

When I called with a fever and was explaining the medication wasn't working the guy on the phone told me they could do nothing to help. I called at 5am he told me I would have to re pay and get re looked at when I was feeling worse with the medication after 2 days. Will not be returning or recommending because of his horrible knowledge & attitude.

The staff at Legacy ER in West Frisco absolutely EXCEEDED my expectations. Throughout the process, everyone was quick, professional, and kind. And I received a couple of follow-up calls to check on my progress. I greatly appreciate their work.
