This Legacy ER & Urgent Care crushed it as always. Everybody was fantastic. All of the doctors, nurses, techs, and imaging individuals were so nice and knowledgeable. I loved the care I received, just as any other time I've been here. The service is also always quick!

I've been here before with my daughter, and now this time for me, and we have always gotten wonderful care. Everyone is so nice, and make the visit comfortable. I'm so glad you're in network with my insurance.

I love this place for my urgent care needs! I like the fast in and out. But, my only concern is everyone that's goes to the bathroom or gives a speciman, has to grab the door handle to come out to use the sink to wash your hands!! That makes me sick! The only thing that makes me hesitate coming back, that is really nasty!

I went to the ER because my shoulder had come out of socket. The Dr. said It was in socket. It didn't feel like it. With the pain killer I had been given, at home I managed to get it back in socket.

The registration staff is completely unhelpful. I have been requesting a simple return to work note, I get told that I would have it within minutes but I never receive it. I get attitude from the staff when I ask for an update. Its rude and unprofessional.

I was at Legacy ER for a bout of severe Diarrhea. I delivered Stool samples back to Legacy. Couple of days later when I looked at the results on Quest Website, 3 of the 4 samples were delivered frozen and could not be tested, the other one was tested and results were posted. When I asked the technician admitted their error and apologized. No harm done here as I am feeling better.BETTER QUALITY CONTROL WOULD HELP!!!

The clinic was very busy which was very unusual compared with my many other visits which probably had a lot to do with the nurse and technician's overall abrupt manner which I had never experienced at this location. I had a physician whom I'd never seen before and I felt he displayed incredulousness at my symptoms and my reaction to them. "What's with the tears?" "Why haven't you seen your regular physician about this if you're in that much pain?" Etc. I felt very defensive in my response to his questions and didn't feel heard by this physician. Door to door was about 3 hours and I felt I HAD to submit to several tests which I felt, and proved to be, irrelevant to my pain. I love Legacy and I will continue to go there for my urgent care needs. I do understand the legitimacy of the kind of CYA care I received that night but will definitely be working on my patient Communication skills and hope that they will work on theirs as well.

Felt like I was being hastily converted to ER patient for billing purposes, and to access non-emergent U/S imaging. I was hoping to receive outpatient U/S, so I declined the financial responsibility document. Didn't feel my symptoms warranted ER care.

We love Marcus and always hope that he's working any time we go. He is so kind and takes amazing care of us. The female doctor that treated my daughter today was fantastic, she loved her. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and personable. We've never had a bad experience here. We will always come back
