After having been here for myself, with my husband, and accompanying a best friend I can say the care here is excellent. It's friendly, and thorough, and they don't make you feel bad for coming in when the issue at hand isn't as bad as you had thought. They also give excellent referrals for follow-up care. This place is SO MUCH better than other Urgent Care facilities.

The NP that I saw was extremely kind. She gave me fantastic advice and listened to my concerns about certain medications and subsequent advice following that. I've been here when my husband needed stiches and when my oldest needed an X-ray. I love this place and have never had a bad experience.

I made an appt and was taken in on time. Entire staff was friendly and professional. Doctor listened to me and bedside manner was professional yet friendly. Received the care, explanation and instructions for my condition. Best urgent care I have ever been to and I will definitely be visiting same one again about the need arise.

this is how healthcare should be. they treat you like a partner in your care and communicate effectively. the doctors make informed effective care decisions and empower their patients to recover. i cannot say enough good things about this ER.

The staff and the overall experience I had was beyond anything I could have hoped for. It was all great from start to finish. I was absolutely dreading having to go to an emergency room because of previous experiences at other facilities, but all that was quickly alleviated by the staff working here. You all did a great job from start to finish, and I really appreciate all you did for me in my time of need.

I am so grateful for the care provided and knowledge of Dr's at Legacy ER. Have been here a handful of times and they are fast and thorough and have always gotten the best treatment.

The entire staff was polite, professional and informative. I really liked the PA who treated me, as well as the lady that took my X-ray. I really appreciate the way the staff playfully teased me about the way that I injured myself. (61 year old falling off a skateboard) it was all in fun but there was no judgement.

It would help if the doctor was more specific with the treatment and medication. I wasnt given info about the medications prescribed and my treatment plan. The pharmacist told me.

The team was able to diagnose my illness and get a prescription written quickly, and I was able to get my needed medicine within 30 minutes of checking in to the Legacy Urgent Care. This helped me recover quickly.

Everyone looked after us really well. The only thing is I had to chase the test results. I was supposed to get them 3 days later but I went in and got them 5 days later. Results were all fine but I wish I had them.

I was really having a lot of pain, and everyone seemed so kind and responsive. In the rare event I need care, I always come to your office. (Maybe once every two or three years.) I tell my neighbors and my own MDs you all are amazingly professional and kind.

doctors are always very nice and very understanding im a disabled vet that's always in atone of pain have gotten a lot of different doctors. they all understand i don't want to be pumped with a bunch of pain meds and always do there best to help me

Prescribed Bentyl for viral gastroenteritis; which is for irritable bowel syndrome, not recommended for for his diagnosis. Said he was not dehydrated. Six hours later, he was sent by ambulance to hospital for dehydration; which caused a kidney injury.
