From the time I entered Legacy ER, the check in was smooth, the triage was very good and the discussion with the Doctor, nurses and phlebotomist was exceptional. It is hard to find a standalone ER/UV that has a lab and CT onsite. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. This is what HealthCare needs to be!! Thank you!

The nurses, Scott and Amber, were both attentive and professional. They were caring and supportive and were very friendly. They could see that I was in pain and diligently worked to relieve me of the pain. The attending physician was very supportive and friendly, he too worked continuously to seek the cause of the pain and to block it. I am sure there are others who would be similar, but seriously doubt you could find anyone better thank you for being my healthcare team.

The registration ladies make everything so easy! The triage was friendly and seamless in their duties. Oscar, Faith and Dr Pickett were all so kind, heard my concerns and I received expert treatment! I already feel 99% better. My in and out times were amazing! Thank you Legacy Team!!

The Dr and her assistant were very professional. However, I wanted the Dr to examine my pelvic area and she did not. She suggest that I see a gynecologist. At least, I expected to be examined which was the reason for my visit. Otherwise, all contacts were excellent. Front desk receptionist.. excellently helpful.
