Legacy is always such a great experience. I have been there a few times for care and it is always quick and the professionals make it so easy. My most recent visit was no different. About 2 hours total for check in, testing, treatment, and discharge which is so nice compared to other ERs. Dr. Covington was wonderful and made sure I understood what was going on and let me ask a million questions.

PA Mrs. Tamika is always very knowledgeable caring and considerate. She has taken care of my son on Many occasions and always very helpful restoring his health.
The young adult male that took my sons vitals etc is always very personable and has great personal relational skills.
Lastly, the paramedic showed much care when administering the breathing treatment . We’ve been patients at this location for over 10 years and have always had a great experience

I’m a medical courier for lab corp and have picked up stat specimens at this location. Everyone from Marcus the intake, to Kevin the X-ray, and Katie the nurse were all team players in making my first time visit comfortable and professionally friendly. Their good customer service made me feel right at home along with their knowledge & experience feel safe! They explained everything clearly and went through it a few times until I really comprehend it. I almost didn’t want to leave this place, lol!

Feel like the doctors or NP’s get it right. I think the guy swabbing throat and bares needs more practice to do a more thorough swab for accuracy of any test. He swabbed the back of my tongue rather than my throat and one nostril was dry and one was moist; he chose the dry one.

I brought my son and we were visiting from out of town and I had to go to urgent care on a day where I knew there would be a lot of people in line since it was the day after Christmas. The staff here did an excellent job prioritizing my son properly as he was dealing with it headaches that were atypical and quickly got him the tests needed to Assure us that this was not a more serious situation. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, every member was great from triage to the front desk.

Easy to schedule an appointment online, be seen, register, triage, treatment and checkout. It was nice to have an appointment and only one person be in the waiting room with it being the "sick" season. Also everyone that I encountered was very polite, while most people are stressed during the Christmas/flu season.

No complaints. They get you in fast and friendly. We saw a doctor in just a few minutes. The doctor was very efficient but didn’t rush.
Diagnosed us and sent us home before we knew it. Picked up our meds. All in approximately 1hour. Very impressive
