I have used Legacy ER and recommend them. I come back there because of the fine care give by the staff. I can say that I have not had a bad visit nor has my family. Please keep up the great work. Your contribution to the community is valued and appreciated.

My son was very scared about having to get stitches. The whole staff was excellent in helping him calm down, explaining to him what was going to happen and in the end he only ended up needing glue and not stitches.

Comfortable and inviting sitting room. Everything was clean and the coffee bar was a wonderful welcome. Absolutely loved the coffee bar and how Legacy goes a step above and beyond thinking about their patients.

The triage person was nice. However he was just asked a couple of questions then he was just clicking his computer very fast. BUT I felt did he really just get my information or just pushed me thru. He is very SHORT AND VERY DISMISSIVE

One of your nurses I rarely see helped me, this is my second time with the flu and a secondary infection. She picked a medicine to help me and I think I'm slowly getting better. I'm very grateful to her and your facility. Thank you for helping us in the community. Especially when we have been sick 4 plus weeks!

I was charged $150.00 for a check-up on my blood pressure. My deductible is 20% by your office and would be shocked if the cost was over $500+ for a quick assessmebt.

I know that is not what your facility is about, but I really wish that you also had a primary care option. Every time my family and I have had to come here over the years, we always have the most positive experiences. We would come here in a heartbeat for primary care needs if that was an option! Everyone is always kind and considerate and attentive to the patient's needs.

The nurse handed me a discharge paper and prescription of another patient. She did not even ask my name and date of birth and just start saying "you have to pick this medication and here is your discharge instructions". And she handed me the paper. I have to tell her that I just walked into the room and I have not been seen by the dr. the paper is in my hand and she did HIPPA violation of another patient. And caused unnecessary stress to me. After she realized her mistake. She did not even apologize and went out of the room. They need to do better. When she came second time to administer Steroid injection and give me my discharge paper, she still did not start by asking my name and date of birth. I asked her "If she is in the right room this time". She was very rude and make a condescending remark. She never apologize for the incident. She should not be dealing with pt sensitive information if she does not even want to verify pt's name or date of birth.

When Dr. Jackson prescribed antibiotics as well as Steroid shot, I was doubtful. However, on Monday, I followed up with my PCP, and she agreed with his dx and treatment, including the antibiotics. Receptionist was welcoming and straightforward. I prefer that-don't like the ones who ignore you nor the ones who fawn all over you. This woman was intelligent, did a great job of keeping traffic moving within the office. Dr. Jackson-I like his method of examination and his treatment and approach.

The staff from the front desk to check out are incredible.They have been so helpful in the past and yesterday I was in terrible pain with severe muscle spasms on my back and came I crying. The amount of care was amazing. So greatful for this clinic

Everyone was very nice. Theadmiting team (nurses?) took my vitals, but didn't share them with me. I ended up needing to ask later during visit with PA. The PA had to go check to see what they were.

My whole family go to Legacy ER when we are sick. We ALWAYS get amazing care. We are usually seen right away or writhing 5-10 min. The whole visit is complete within a 30-45 minutes. We have always gotten excellent care and get well with the treatment provided. Dr. Jackson is the doctor that we see most often. He is a great and knowledgeable doctor. We have also seen Dr. Prickett who is a great doctor as well. The nurses are very proficient and friendly. We will continue going to Legacy ER when we are sick.
