They were all very efficient. The visit took very little time. They gave me good advice for the issue I had.

the initial intake guy was pretty weak. I had seriously broken arm maybe thirty minutes earlier and he acted like I was there for a sniffle. Significant attitude adjustment and/or career change probably in order for the slouching young fellow

We arrived at 645am and the nurse said if we wait 15 minutes we wont be charged an ER visit. This helped save us money and was greatly appreciated. Most places would have just changed us. The nurse and admin person was so polite and knowledgeable. The doctor thoroughly explained my illness and administered what was needed to help kick my sickness. I appreciate everyone there and their help.

I understand the lawyers say a sign cannot be posted about not taking Medicare. But it would be so hopeful to know when you walk in that Medicare is not taken. I understand it is not your fault. I do appreciate the doctor's handling of this situation. I am sad that Medicare is making it impossible for me to use Legacy. I like the doctor care at Legacy.

My symptoms continued, and I called back. The response time was slow and instead of prescribing the oral medication that I ultimate received from another doctor I was sent elsewhere.

Disappointed in the medical aide/nurse taking vitals upon entrance, wasn't listening to me and talking over me. Got there 30 mins before 9 aka ER time, needed to have a CT scan and blood work to which I was informed it would now be the ER COPAY plus fees for tests, scans etc. If someone comes in before ER time they shouldn't have to pay the ER copay just because they need tests and scans. The person or insurance is paying for those portions of the visit regardless.

They have been professional and convenient since I usually need them since I am visiting and do not have dr here. Heath care worked in all my other issues being over 65. Thank you for allowing me to praise them for good work and all.

The medical staff was very attentive to me as soon as i was able to check in and be called back to be evaluated. The NP was very attentive to my needs and concerns and as soon as I left 2 hours later I was feeling a lot better under the recommendations of her treatment plan!

I took my son in to be seen and the doctor we saw said nothing was wrong with my son, except that he was"puny."Didn't know that was a medical diagnosis. He was extremely unprofessional and will never go back there because of him.

The staff was so comforting to my daughter. I am so thankful for their efforts and care provided when she was sick. I have gone to LegacyER since 2022 and will continue to come back. Wner disappointed.

I have never had an issue prior to this time with the legacy Er. I came in and was diagnosed with the Flu received wonderful care. Sent my son in the following day with the exact same medial card and was charged 3x as much. It plainly reads on the card $50 for urgent care visits and he was charged $150. I quickly called and got a whole bunch of reasons why it was done. They refunded my sons card but honestly should not have happened and wonder how often this type of practice takes place. Disappointed.
