The Dr and her assistant were very professional. However, I wanted the Dr to examine my pelvic area and she did not. She suggest that I see a gynecologist. At least, I expected to be examined which was the reason for my visit. Otherwise, all contacts were excellent. Front desk receptionist.. excellently helpful.

When you have to go to the ER it's usually not a good thing but again this visit was almost trouble free and I was taken care of in less time then you would normally have to sit a doctors waiting room. Thank You!!!!

Happy with a diagnosis and how the doctor and NP from the cardiac department explained things to me. I was sent home with a multi-page document explaining pericarditis. The discharge paperwork was easy and explicit in what to do next and also listed my medications.

Comfortable waiting room, clean restroom, close to home. Didn’t have to wait too long. Received a follow up call regarding a change in antibiotic that was sent to my pharmacy.

Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful for seeing my daughter and I at the same time since we both were in for the same situation. The facility got busy and it seemed that discharging me became a lower priority as other patients were prioritized.

This Urgent Care and ER (I have used both in the past) is not a zoo like other centers in the metroplex are. They are efficient and don’t keep you waiting. They are cost conscious and they do not have crazy fees. Their pricing is transparent and simple. If you change these things I’ll has to go somewhere else and I don’t want to do that. Additionally, several other members of the community have commented to me that they love the exact same things about this center. Please keep being amazing members of our community!
