Unknown time at clinic but it felt short. Before Methodist took over, it told you the time from entry to checkout.
I love coming to this facility due to how quickly I can get in and seen. Keep up the great work and courtesy! As a paramedic, I see lots of nurses and ER's and none are as courteous as yall.

Great staff kept me informed about my care. It took a little bit since they were so busy but the staff did a good job communicating and setting expectations on how long it might be. Doctor was wonderful and made sure all my questions were answered. Have recommended legacy and will continue to do it.

Very friendly, efficient staff. The supervision sas handled by a nurse practitioner, not a physian. Significant testing and evaluation were done and each person involved in my care displayed real competence. The level of care I received was superior to much of the care I receive in Maine.I would highly recommend the care of Virginia Mason urgent care

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. We have been going to legacy er for 20 years and never had the issue. When trying to leave and discharge out person wasn’t there and waited for awhile and when finally came back they was not friendly. Horrible customer service at front desk. Nurses and doctor were great. Need new front staff!

Staff was so friendly and knowledgable. Process to get in and out was a breeze. Short wait time. Compared to mine in East Texas, loved the ease. If need urgent care service again while out of town, I will definitely use y’all again.

Service from all staff from walking into walking out is outstanding. They listen and don’t leave me waiting for long. I always leave knowing I was properly cared for and whatever condition I have will be resolved in one visit. Thank you for the continued care!
