Antibiotics prescribed wasnt potent enough for my infection so still sick and I hate to pay another consultation fee to have a different antibiotics prescribed for me

I like that the tv in the lobby was playing uplifting Christian music videos. But mostly, the thorough care I received is why my family and I always visit Legacy ER when we need medical care. Their communication skills are excellent. We are very thankful.

The whole experience was amazing from the moment I walked in . Everyone was so professional,caring and respectful of my wishes. One thing that impressed me was getting medicine before I left .I will use them again if the occasion merits it . So nice to be in and out in a short amount of time .

Staff were kind. Most of all the doctor was amazing. His beside manner was incredible. I felt safe in his hands. He cared. That is becoming less common today in the medical field.

Made an appointment online, when I showed up I had no wait time. I was done and out the door before my appointment time.
I should have gone to the ER the night before, they were so kind and reassuring. I'd never gotten stitches before and honestly the experience couldn't have gone better. It's healed now and it looks terrific.
Also, so grateful that they open an hour before anywhere else in the area. That's the reason I came here originally a few years ago, but I've always had a great experience so will keep coming back.

Every single one of the staff who attended to me during my visit, including the nurse who took my vitals, the nurse who gave me a steroid shot, and the doctor who evaluated my condition were all wonderful and had a friendly demeanor to them. It really helped me feel safe and secure during my visit, especially since I suffer from really bad anxiety and am on the autistic spectrum. Thank you all for being so hospitable and kind

This specific clinic never disappoints. From checkin to the care administered has always been spot on. Being able to schedule an appt online is a great option to have. Actually prefer to go to this clinic versus my primary care doctor. 5 Stars

I did not know where to turn for help and my sweet daughter-in-law brought me here and said it was the best place to be. She had come here before for her own emergency. She was absolutely correct.

The whole process was as efficient as possible, pleasant, and professional. Labs and imaging were ordered, performed, analyzed, and summarized, and a treatment plan was developed on the spot.

The doctor was great, and the nurse and general tech and xray tech were very nice as well - no complaints on the staff. But when I arrived, no one was at the front desk nor when I tried to vocally call out to anyone did anyone respond. If this was a life threatening emergency that could have been a terrible outcome. I expect better when arriving for emergency room care. I had to call the number of the location to get someone to come to the front.
