The whole experience was very good. The check in the doctor was excellent. The nurse gave me the shot up. I had no complaints. It was wonderful and I will come back.

I was thrilled with the care I received from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate and helpful. I asked a lot of questions pertaining to my health and the doctor took the time to sit with me and discuss options and give recommendations for continued care. Grateful for such excellent care that is accessible.

I hated that I had to go in to the ER, but from now on, I won't go anywhere else for ER/Urgent Care visits. The staff was so friendly and supportive. They were very thorough with the work up and got to the root of my symptoms. I went to a hospital ER two days earlier, was obscenely charged, and didn't help my problem. Legacy is the way to go!

This was the first time I'd been to this location (Frisco/Mckinney). I prefer the McKinney location. But I have recommended Legacy ER several times on social media group pages.

I arrived, Checked in, was brought into the triage room, Tested for Covid, and Influenza then escorted to a room. Within five minutes a doctor arrived listened to my history a short conversation ensued. As he left the room he said he was waiting on test results. A few minutes later he returned with results, instructions and prescriptions because I was COVID positive from the tests. very efficient and polite. the entire process took less than 30 minutes. My own PCP would have taken at least an hour if they had an available appointment.
