Dr. Mayer, Nurse Hailey, and Daniel were absolutely amazing! I've never felt so at ease with a medical team. They were warm, welcoming, and truly listened to me, making the entire experience exceptional. The girl at the front desk could've done better though ? didn't seem too friendly or understanding.

The BEST urgent care experience I've ever had in my entire life! I work in the pharmacy at Walgreens and alot of our customers bring their prescriptions to us from Legacy so I figured this place must be good and I'm so glad I was right! Thanks to the entire team!!

The nurse tech and I the another nurse they were dope. Love their energy I wasn't focused on how I felt when I first pulled up. An the doc was chill sweet very helpful. Another patient was a annoyed but she didn't have any patience. The staff got me fixed up quick and easy.

Marcus was my saving grace when I came in because I was incredibly anxious. He calmed my nerves, distracted me, made me laugh, and had great bedside manner. Kelly was also incredibly kind and understanding. Awesome staff!

Came in needing forehead stitches. Had two opportunities, both the front desk and tech and nurse taking my vitals to let me know about the ER billing vs urgent care billing. Had they told me before they had me back laying down in a room i would have left. Felt very coerced. Always had a great experience in the past, but this has very much changed my perception.

Felt like cattle pushed through. Nurse / attendee giving check out orders got ahead of physician. Gave wrong Rx than what was discussed. Took 3x's to correct. Didn't feel heard. Was frustrating experience. Love the convenience and providers are very good overall. Dt he asking patient if want tests up front is odd. Do what dr recommends. Again obvious process to save time and just bill more. The upfront $150 is new and stinks too.

Only disappointment was they did not say what pharmacy. So when I went to pick up it was not ready. Also I do not remember them taking my blood pressure. They could have but I don't remember..

Quickly diagnosed and set up a treatment plan for my sinus infection. I was in and in less than 45 minutes. Great services from all staff.

The nurse that brought in the medicine and shot was extremely rude! She said well are you going to take the medicine or not while I was worried about the shot. She didn't give me a moment to process as I wasn't feeling well at all. Bedside manner is critical in the medical profession and that girl has none. Very disappointing and we will probably go somewhere else next time.

Not my first visit and EVERY time me or a family member have been here, we've been greeted warmly by ALL the staff. The medical team, ALL of them from techs to nurses to doctors, all have treated us with kindness and great competency during visit. The time from walk in to walk out always impresses me too. My visit was very pleasant. I typically hate going to see to the doctor but I really enjoyed my visit from the time I walked in to the time I left everyone was very helpful and the doctor was also very kind and helpful. She gave great recommendations and she actually seemed like she genuinely cared about her patients.
