Overall we received exceptional service visiting Legacy ER for the very first time. We ended up at your extablishment due to the lack of service with Care Now that we originally stopped at first and no wonder thee were no cars there thats a red flag. So thank you for being right behind it.

The registration process was smooth and efficient, and there was no wait! the facility. The nurse and medical staff were attentive, compassionate, and took the time to explain what was being done and why. I felt that they genuinely cared and made the experience less stressful. Overall, I appreciated the professionalism and communication throughout the visit.

It is far faster and more accurate than my Primary Care Physician. Every time I have been to Legacy it was never life threatening but needed immediate attention. It is what I expect from my PCP to save a few appointments for urgent care but unfortunately this is no longer done due to clinic ownership and profit concerns. It is refreshing to know that Legacy is filling this gap. As long as the fees remain reasonable I will continue to use Legacy for urgent care.
