The whole process was easy and smooth. I don't live in the area but found myself needing urgent care and was referred here by my sister. The staff from beginning to end were really great, caring, and helpful. I especially appreciated that I could text pictures of my insurance card at check in as I did not have them physically on me.

Everything about this urgent care exceeded my expectations. I do not usually use an urgent care due to long wait times and overall experience with limited treatment knowledge. This urgent care was exceptional on every aspect. The only improvement I could think of would be that the investor/owner should invest some capital in a little bit of paint for the rooms as some was seen to be lightly peeling in one area, this would present a cleaner care center. But again it was clean, friendly,efficient and knowledgeable.

We were visiting from California when our daughter became ill. My sister recommended we come here to get checked out. The staff was amazing, we had very little wait time, tests were ran and we were prescribed our medicine. The PA especially was very kind and considerate - wanting our daughter to get better as quick as possible to get us back to our vacation. She provided options for medicine and was a true blessing on our trip. We cannot say enough good things about this clinic!! Thank you all!

NP was very helpful in providing information on future preventive options. She was very compassionate and helpful. The whole process was very smooth. Everyone was very kind. If I ever need to go to an urgent care again I will definitely return to Legacy for my care.

The service provided during the visit was fine. However, Landon was experiencing stomach pain after taking the prescribed antibiotic. As advised by the prescription label, I called Legacy ER back for to let them know and to receive further instruction. The front desk personnel informed me that the doctors were not picking up the call and that she would walk a note back to them and have them call me back. I am still waiting on a return phone call.

I wish I had an itemized receipt of the costs if my care up front. Instead I paid 200 down and have to wait 6-8 weeks for my final bill.
